I’ve ordered a pair of Adidas SL 72 OG, 2 weeks ago. I’ve sent an email & whatsapl to which I got a reply to say it will ship from the warehouse within the week & I’ll receive tracking email. Fast forward, no tracking email received, had to follow-up on Whatsapp, they said it shipped & I reminded them no tracking mail received… Worst e-shop experience EVER!!!
Nightmare. Waited a week with no information, tried to contact them through whatsapp everyday, no response. Then they suddenly just cancelled my order without offering another color or alternative solutions, saying that my size is out of stock. I am checking their website but the size is still in stock
