Item never received!
I placed an order for this product on 4th October and yet to receive it! Despite contacting customer service on several occasions, they are asking to me wait for the delivery before I can apply for a refund - blaming the courier which isn't my problem, a reputable business takes accountability and supports the customers request - a refund for an item I have never received!. Who knows if I will ever receive the item or a refund however just wanted to share my poor experience for other customers to consider if using this company!

These have transformed our lives
These have transformed our lives, my daughter is now a happy calm little girl who sleeps. Prior to taking these supershrooms we was experiencing meltdowns that were turning violent, lack of concentration and she was unable to relax for bed. Now her meltdowns are mild, her concentration is better than ever and she is relaxed for bed. I give one in the morning with breakfast and one in the afternoon with her dinner. She has struggled with eating now but is happy to eat her food because she knows her tasty vitamin will be given after. Thank you supershrooms for changing our lives

Thought I’d post my feedback so far. My nearly 7 year old was having daily meltdowns from 6am - 8.30am and again multiple times between 3.30 & 9pm (she’s a high masker at school) after a week I can genuinely see & feel the difference. She is getting up in the mornings & I kid you not she’s coming in to me with a smile giving me a cuddle & her happiness seems so much improved. I honestly don’t know if this is a coincidence or if these are having a positive effect on her. Afternoons/evenings are also so much calmer the meltdowns are at the moment what I’d call a micro meltdown. We’ve had the best week in a couple years as she seems like she’s enjoying life a bit more and having a happier time in herself. I’m praying this isn’t a fluke and things don’t revert to how they were. Fingers crossed that these are what we needed and she gets her life back.

I purchased SuperShrooms for kids in the hope they would help my son feel calmer. Never did I expect them to have completely changed our lives! My son is awaiting ASD diagnosis, the constant meltdowns, violence, general aggression was becoming intolerable.
Almost instantly after starting these gummies, he was so much more relaxed and happier. We are 3 weeks in and have had very few meltdowns, no aggression, he’s so much quicker to regulate and calm himself and goes into school, still slightly anxious, but not clinging to me!
He was very clearly lacking some vital vitamins! I can’t thank SuperShrooms enough!

8 days on but not even received the product
First of all this is a service review as opposed to a product as we have not even received the product. Ordered the product on Sunday eve assuming, it would be processed and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tue/Wed/Thu or even Friday but nothing so far as of following week Monday.
Tried to reply to the original order confirmation email asking for an update but it bounced back as the sender email was incorrectly set up by the merchant/admin
Corrected the email and send it again but so far no response from the company.
I don't think this is scam but it is most likely to be a one-man company without any customer care/support.
Sent another email today to a different address but if I don't get a reply or the delivery itself, I will have no option but to chargeback.
Should the events change to our satisfaction, I may update this review.

Company arranged full refund as we have never received the item.

I've given this company plenty of…
I've given this company plenty of opportunity to reply to my emails and refund the money from a cancelled order. Up to this point they have chosen to ignore me. That's their perogative but now they're getting the review they deserve.
I would stay away from them if I was you, there are plenty of other companies that offer similar gummies who have much better customer service.

When a customer requests to cancel an order, we always try to catch it in time, even though, like most companies, that can sometimes be tricky once it’s already been placed. That said, we always do our best, because it really makes no sense to send something out only to pay for delivery and return shipping when the end result is a refund anyway. So wherever possible, we cancel before dispatch to save everyone the hassle.
In your case, we were able to catch the order you placed on 2nd October just in time and refund you in full, which we're glad about.
That said, our customer service team isn’t 24 hours and we don’t work weekends, we’re a very small team doing our absolute best to help and support every customer where we can. I’m really sorry we didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion, but please know it wasn’t because we were ignoring you. Your request was handled as quickly as possible once we were back online.

It's only early days but the fact that I can't think of any kick offs or incidents that have happened for atleast a week leads me to believe that it is having a positive effect. Delivery has been a bit of a nightmare but that wasn't their fault, it was Evri, they were delivered but left in daft places and went missing. They assure me that they are changing delivery partners, so that's a bonus!
