I ordered a pice of furniture from the website, and the furniture was broken in the shipping, they don’t want to pick the pice and won’t return my money, I try to talk with them, every day I call, send thousands of email and got no reply. they are so rude and there is no customer service, they just tell us there is nothing they can do about it, I have this problem since July . I will continue using all platforms to expose this company, instagram, Trustpilot,and all the others until I get my money back
Hello, I am still awaiting feedback from Sklum on the partial delivery since the 12th of September 2025.
Here is another reply from Sklum without any date for issue resolution.
The transportation is Sklum responsability, not mine!
Sklum shall send me the missing part I have paid for and take the issue resolution between Sklum and their transportation company.
In addition Sklum ask me to change the Trust Pilot review without solving the problem. Not acceptable. I will change if I get my missing chairs.

De klantenservice is echt een grof schandaal. Ons product van een paar honderd euro is snel kapot gegaan. Dit is een garantiezaak maar deze optie wordt niet gegeven in alle menu’s. Aangezien men hier nog op reviews gereageerd bij deze een verzoek: sklum, doe echt het minimale en reageer hier. Wij hebben een paar honderd euro besteed en wij eisen het recht op garantie. Ik ga Sklum nu nog niet afbranden, ze hebben de kans het op te lossen. Maar bezint er ge begint met deze club. En, beste sklum , dus geen verwijzing naar jullie systeem, want dat werkt niet

I made an order with sklum on 19 July for almost 1700eur. The order never got delivered: first the delivery date promised on the website was not met, then I shared my availability for delivery via phone but instead of delivering on the day we agreed, the order was sent back to sklum one day before the delivery. Now it is 16 October and I still have not received the refund. I sent countless emails, I only get a response every few weeks saying that my request will be processed one day (and that the products are back at sklum warehouse). No money, no timeline, no proper communication, and no sofa either. Horrible experience!!!

I have placed my order several weeks ago. The delivery time gets longer and longer. I want to cancel one item that has a delivery at the end of November and get the rest of my items shipped asap but they do not allow this... and then I also get this ridiculous message: "Once all the products are available, the shipping time (preparation time) is 10/12 working days and the delivery time is 6-10 working days". SCAMMERS!!! Absolutely horrible return process! I bought an item which needed to be returned, the approval of the return request took weeks and once approved the courier never contacted me for a pick up. They don’t have a phone you can contact customer service, and eventually i found out they’d charge me over eur 30 to return an item of 110eur. Nowhere in the return process this was disclosed and they relied that this is in their general terms and conditions. In the end i could not return the item (after close to two months trying to get it returned) Worst customer service in the world. WhatsApp is available but getting to an agent is quite challenging. Do not buy from them!!!

I placed my order, paid the full amount in August, heard nothing then received an email saying that the date had changed for delivery, again heard nothing so again I chased to be told I needed to talk with the delivery company. My contract was with SKLUM.
After multiple emails, phone calls to a one woman band in Spain ( who sounded exhausted and that this is normal!) talking with their dreadful bot who does nothing being told my item was arriving waited in all morning to no delivery, yes I was cross and let all know. They then wrote saying a complaint / investigation was being raised. Next day I received another email saying it was lost. Next day I received an email saying it was being delivered.... eventually after 52 yes 52 days my item was delivered.
Obviously I wrote a complaint email to be told that if it seemed necessary someone from management would get in touch!
Usual to SKLUM nothing has happened.
Their customer care is very poor and all the time I had to keep chasing and spend time finding out an email that is answered and a phone number that is answered.
If I had read the reviews before purchasing I would not have ordered as this seems normal for such a shocking company.

It’s a shame! I bought a travertine table that took weeks to be delivered. It finally arrived in my living room, and when I opened the box, it was broken!
Customer service is unreachable and unresponsive.

Avoid this company; they have no customer service and will do everything to avoid picking up items they sent incorrectly. I have 3 ongoing issues for two months now: one return for faulty goods, one for items never received, and the last one for items sent to me incorrectly by them, the wrong colour chairs. The only option now is to raise all this with OMIC es. do not buy from this company

Sklum simply post they'll contact you, checkout other groups online with terrible reviews, once they have your money they don't care. Two months now still wiating for garden furniture 1000 euros .
Wrong chair ssent me a 500 euros two months , still ongoing

I ordered a bed where the frame gives off a very strong and musty smell. This odor is not only noticeable in the bedroom but is so strong that it can even be smelled in other parts of the house. I have already tried airing it out outside for a few days, but that didn’t solve the problem. I then filled out a form about this and received a response stating that it was submitted outside the applicable 30-day period (order placed on August 11, 2025), and therefore no service could be provided. After that, there is no possibility to discuss this in a proper and respectful manner.

I would really recommend not using this site, I made an order, besides that the Quality is so bad, dinning table came absolutely full of damage and scratches, I have been trying to contact them for weeks but they have no customer service, NO PHONE NUMBER, NO EMAIL ADDRESS, the only way to contact is through a robot, however when I finally found a way to contact they simply told me that I cannot return and they offered no compensation!!

Terrible, still haven't recieved my package. I bought 8 chairs and 1 table a month ago and still havent received them..On top, 15 days ago they stopped replying my emails and whatsapp messages. I have no means to contact them any more so I dont know if I will ever get my furtniture or money back. I am extremly disappointed, I feel I should have just gone to IKEA instead of trusting them with my money, time and hopes. I would suggest you better go find any other more reliable company.
