I received a 4g-only modem instead of a 5g one as advertised - very poor network reception and low speed 3-4Mbps. I have contacted the customer service to return the devices and cancel my subscription a couple of days after receiving them and, apart from the standard AI-powered messages, I have received no reply yet. Its unclear if I’ll see my money back and I would not recommend their service.

First the coverage of the netwerk was not optimal and several months after I cancelled my subscription and returned the box, Taadam charged my credit card. This is fraud. Please be careful.

I am here to confirm that I am happy with Tadaam services. Delivery was within 24hours from the day I chose to move with Tadaam. Sofar the the Internet is working very well and it has never disappointed me.

1 second internet, 3 seconds not, 7 seconds ON, 2 seconds off ,10 seconds ON, 5 seconds OFF ... this the entire time. Online meetings are disturbed because you have to switch to 5G on your phone, impossible to watch movies. Terrible!! Countless resets of the router that stands 2 meters from your laptop. Frustration all the way! I'm done. I'm switching to another service provider.

No internet for five days now. After religiously following the sacred rituals prescribed by the WhatsApp helpdesk — countless resets, SIM card gymnastics, and other digital voodoo — the grand revelation finally arrived: there’s a malfunction in a transmission tower.
The best part? It might be fixed sometime next week. So, a minimum of 12 days without internet. Glorious.
As for compensation? That’s apparently a mystery too profound to address. But they’re very clear on one thing: I should absolutely not cancel my subscription. Because clearly, paying for a service you don’t receive is the new standard of customer care.
This whole experience is a masterclass in how to show your customers you truly, deeply, don’t care.
But hey, who needs internet anyway? It’s not like we use it for work, life, or literally everything.

Internet doesn’t work well. I loose convection from time to time, or there are a lot of cuts. My 4G works better.

Well, everything work well, I order the Tadaam on a thursday 9am, and they delivered as promisse on next day, when I came home, install it in 3 minutos, works like a charm.

Cannot connect to my WiFi with my TV and the WhatsApp "help desk" is not only slow to respond- if they do respond- and is clueless... They ask you the same question over and over without actually helping you!

The package has not arrived and the delivery information which BPost has does not include the name of the "ship to" recipient - so not sure how it is going to arrive?

Hello,
My TADAAM package was reported as delivered by Bpost a few hours before I got back from work.
However, when I checked the shared mailboxes in the hallway of my house, my mailbox was already open and the TADAAM package was gone.
I also spoke to my neighbors and they confirmed that such thefts often happen in our house since the hallway is accessible to everyone.
Could you please:
1. Deactivate the modem/set-top box that was delivered so that no one else can use it.
2. Send me a replacement package, preferably to a drop-off point or with a signed delivery receipt so that I can pick it up safely.
I am attaching a screenshot of the Bpost tracking showing that the package has been delivered.
