ChatGPT is a better therapist than this shitty app. Don’t waste your money on it. Seek an actual therapist.

The customer support is very fast and efficient. The app is also very good, and I like the idea behind it. However, the price is too high month to month. Also, I did want to note that while I do have the app downloaded on IOS platform, I had an active subsription with Liven that was not appearing under the “Subscriptions” section of the app store like many other apps do.

Nothing very revealing or helpful yet. The advice was to “Take note of your procrastination patterns and the mental or emotional roadblocks behind them,” but I have no idea what the patterns or roadblocks ARE. This was something I was hoping the program would help me with.

Refund requesr

I did not want to continue the app as only signed up for 1 week trial but ended up auto enrolled. I contacted Liven immediately when I noticed this and they committed to cancelling the subscription and refunding the money.

No good as of page one

I had already tried cancelling my subscription(i couldnt access the account, tried to cancel after that)..but they still took 90 out of my account. Asking me to review this app BEFORE I've even been through page ONE ffs.
