This is an update to my previous review:
Just after I submitted my review in January, the next day I got an answer:
„…No problem we found the polos you can pick them up!“…..that was 11 days ago....no information for pick up or whatsoever. What a ridiculous support and careless answer. Probably just to cover the lack of accountability.
Today, mid of February 2024 we still do not have our polos, worth 240 Euro!!!!!!!…..The next step will be to use my legal insurance and engage a lawyer.

We ordered T-Shirts and Polo shirts for about 400 euro of them in November 2023. The quality of the t-shirts and polos is good but their support and logistic service is horrible. We still don’t have the polo shirts. They claim that they were delivered but they weren’t. The delivery receipt has a signature we don’t know. A good company would try to solve the problem but they rather try to blame us that we would have received something we never got. They basically say: we delivered, we don’t know to whom but that’s not our problem. No accountability!! After many hours on email, extremely slow responses if any and no proper follow up we are at the point of giving up. So, it’s just another online shop where you need to be ready to lose your money and not getting what you paid for.

I ordered 3 bag backs for CHF 59.02 but instead of the bags I got a first bill form Klarna of CHF 115.50 and 5 days later I got a bill form arvato a bill of CHF 240.85 with a enforcement note. So i paid and and got nothing for it. Be aware is is a scam!

Bought a product from Wordans with a free pickup in their offices in Barcelona.
Offered myself on the date and timeframe communicated to me.
Employee tells me at the door, I need to come back another time because the signature person is having a pause... Get sent back on the street as there is no opportunity to wait and get the door slammed without a better solution.
Following up to get a refund on the paid package they could not hand me over during their communicated timeslot, Wordans keeps replying next to the question asked and remains responding late with no solution provided for the questions asked.
It is a shame how low the quality of the service is, seeing the apartment office and attitude of the guy at the door, this looks like a scammy company with 0 service post-sale.

And, when I went to the company's BCN-based picking point I was to pick them up, the person who opened the door (Lorena) gave me a warm smile of welcome and very quickly handed them to me.
