easy to set up insurance clear policy wording and clear excess information. the price was good (but i did choose an excess of £150) but I considered it good value as the wife has some medical issues.

Everyone I spoke to was lovely but it took 3 calls and being passed between multiple agents to finalise the policy. It was very time consuming and very frustrating.
