Avoid by all means. We placed the order and waited 1h to be delivered and after 10 minutes past the delivery time the order was canceled. Useless scam. They didn’t even refunded the money.

HORRIBLE!!!
HORRIBLE!!!! We placed an order today. The delivery guy came over to out hotel but wouldn’t give our food unless we gave him a 2 digit code. A code that was nowhere to be found. Not in the app, not in our mailbox and no message. We called to the burger king, they said we had to call just eat but there was no phonenumber to be found. We called the delivery Guy again and he simply said he didn’t have time for this and hung up the phone. Now here we are without food and our money gone. We demand out money back!!!

The company doesn't care about what happens with the order; they forward the number of the pizzeria that doesn't answer. It initially says the delivery will arrive in 20 minutes, then suddenly increases by 30 minutes.
Total disrespect for the customer and complete disorganization.
DO NOT USE THIS APP, IT'S A SCAM.

STAY AWAY : YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO GET YOUR FOOD !!!
We placed an order with a restaurant that promised a MAXIMUM delivery time of 55 minutes. But they keep moving the actual delivery time later and later. We are now more than one hour down the road, starving, our son is crying - but they keep moving the delivery time : it's still 59 minutes away. I think it always will be 59 minutes away ! Why should they ever come around to bring the food - after all we already paid !!The name of the restaurant is LOTUS BLEU. But I think it's a general problem with Just Eat France. In other countries it works just fine. And there is a customer service you can phone !

Absolutely insane!
Absolutely insane!! I placed one order 7U2Z9I with Just Eat from a hotel as I was spending the night in Paris and did not like the food options at the hotel, but the delivery person never approached the hotel staff and refused to respond on whatsapp!!! I was forced to place a second order BVE8MU again late evening with another restaurant and this time I kept waiting for HOURS at reception ever since the app indicated that the order was "on its way", by midnight I was still starving and nothing arrived, the restaurant closed since 9pm based on online schedule AND I ENDED UP EATING ELSEWHERE! Right before leaving Paris I contacted support to report the issue and they responded saying I got the orders and no refund will be issued, w1f? How do these guys operate? I was literally at the entrance of the hotel! I will be back in Paris to file a police complaint and sort this out myself since your services are incompetent, there are loads of CCTV at the hotel and I will get more than my orders worth.
