I wish I could give them 0 stars. Two of my packages were marked delivered but never delivered. There is not even a picture of proof. They refused to help me and expected me to follow up with the different carriers. Never have I ever been asked to do that with any other vendor ever. Another parcel had the most expensive item missing. Their customer service is non-existent with a standard reply and no human to speak to. It's designed for the customers to just 'give up' any fight over the recovery of their money on undelivered items. I don't know how it's allowed to even operate in the US

Received missing items and also…
Received missing items and also received a item I didn't purchase. Went to delivery service and the refered me back to the merchant. Chatted with customer service and they stated delivery showing it was delivered with all contents and I'm showing them pictures and screenshots showing it's not. I spent 221. Dollars and I'm missing 80 dollars worth. They will not correct this. So now they have lost a long time customer.

Customer service AND CEO ignore emails
Customer service is APPALLING. They send repeated, generic, meaningless responses and refuse to directly answer points raised. And EVEN WORSE the CEO ignores emails asking for help.

Wasted so much money and time on these…
Wasted so much money and time on these clothes I bought size bigger in order to be able to have them longer and withstand shrinkage. I wash in cold and hang dry and they still shrink or when trying them on initially, it's too small and I have to return. I'm done with this cheap stuff and will support my local Kohl's with quality material instead.

Extremely disappointed
I ordered 13 items totalling £162. Three items were missing from my order totalling £54. I contacted shein and they continuously stated the items were in the package and were delivered. There was no way on earth the three missing items (a teddy bear coat, a 2 piece thick winder outfit and a top) were fitting in the package that was delivered. Refused to resend or refund and ended the live chat mid conversation. Have tried to contact them 3 times since and it’s the same old script of its been delivered. Extremely disappointed, I don’t know how I can get my money back. Will never be ordering from them again and will be spreading the word to friends and family.

I will never order from this company again. I sent back item had receipt saying they received parcel. I had sent back two separate parcels as a bundle they said when opened nothing in one of the bags however it was a coat I ordered so it would have been obvious if was not there. They lost the parcel refuse to resolve . Have spoke to customer services several times and answer is same. I need to show picture and weight of parcel. I have never taken a picture of parcel for all hundreds of items I send back to different companies. I had the receipt by e mail so considered this proof. They accepted the return now saying my fault apparently I must be lying. Not their receiving or delivery issue that is not even considered.
I have given up trying to obtain my refund and written off the 30 pounds sadly . To me they have shown no regard for considering issue could be on their end. I went back and forth with customer service who stuck to the same old story so whenever the previous poor reviews say to protect your privacy contact customer services don’t bother absolute waste of time.
I am voting with my shopping habits and will never order from Shein again however cheap an item. From my responses from company they would not be bothered by that they happy to have poor customer service as it is a large global company and my 30 pounds obviously not an issue. I have never given a poor review to trustpilot about any company but feel so let down by this company I had to take time to do.

Wicked company,
I bought lot of items from Shein to be delivered but Evri delivery on the street not my house .Everything is stolen and gone! This people Donot know the impact of collecting ur money and never deliver,because all they care about is their wellbeing and profit. destroyed peoples mental stability .Just wicked people who intend not to deliver parcel in the right way and you loose money but they make make. Wicked souls ,God will punish Shein and Evri workers. Wicked company

Package not received
Shein's delivery company Speedx delivered my package to the
WRONG address. The delivery person even took pictures
of the WRONG address where he dropped it at and the
Pictures are here SHEINS website. I have been going
back and forth with shein and the delivery company for
almost 1 week now to get a refund. The neighbors say
they never got the package. Now I am our of clothes
AND money. The delivery company FINALLY admitted to
wrong delivery address and provided me with an email
to prove to Shein so I could get my money back. I have
not only provided this email, but the ENTIRE email thread
as proof AND proof in pictures of the wrong address and
SHEIN still refuses to refund me. I have even asked for
another package to be delivered. This entire situation
has been a nightmare. I will be contacting my bank to
get the money back. I tried to give SHEIN and their
delivery company a chance to own up to their mistake
But they haven't
Shein has responded below requesting me to contact them directly. I HAVE done that since Monday 10/6 both through email and virtual chat. And I HAVE contacted their delivery company. That is the reason I'm writing this review because I STILL have not gotten a resolution. Neither been offered a new package or a refund. I have done everything they have asked.
