I called the office to get help with my business email, as it wasn’t fully configured and I was trying to get my business going again after a break. I struggled with the setup video, and since my domain is with GoDaddy, they said the rest was up to Zoho. I spoke with Jas, who kindly shared my screen and got everything sorted within minutes. Even though my laptop was slow, he was patient and also helped with a couple of other issues. In a time when good customer service is rare, Jas really delivered. Zoho's affordable pricing is great for solopreneurs like me. Thank you for making my birthday extra smooth—I'm genuinely happy!

bad customer service 10 cannot solve…
I’m really disappointed with the way this case has been handled. You’ve written the same response several times — “we’ll check with the backend team, please wait” — but nothing ever changes. It’s been weeks, and there is still no real update.
Now you’re telling me to contact them myself. Are you serious? What’s the point of this support window then — to make customers do your job for you?
You also never sent me any email confirming that the case was taken in progress or forwarded to the responsible team. Please send that confirmation to my email immediately.
Honestly, this whole process feels unprofessional and very frustrating. I’ve been writing to you again and again, and you just keep repeating the same message without any real action.

its a clean software and simple to use and it is nice for efficiency and watch the analytics and reports.
Misleading visitor plan, unresolved issues, and slow support – disappointing experience
We used Zoho PageSense and faced a critical issue: despite purchasing an annual "10,000 visitors/month" plan, our tracking stopped after reaching 120,000 visitors in total, well before our yearly subscription ended. The system counts yearly, not monthly as advertised—so when you hit the yearly cap, your experiments are blocked, and you lose tracking for the remainder of your paid term.
Customer support was not helpful or responsive. We experienced:
No warning when running out of visitors;
Repeatedly ignored tickets and emails;
Misleading advertising on the plan features;
Recommendation: Be very careful with PageSense visitor limits. The yearly plan is NOT what is advertised as "10K/month," and support is slow to reply or resolve major issues. Our experience was frustrating and we cannot recommend the service.

THEY ARE THIEVES!! THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWO YEARS AFTER CANCELLING. WHEN YOU CANCEL, THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOUR CARD, THEN HIDE BEHIND THEIR NO REFUNDS POLICY. I cancelled over two years ago, and just noticed they kept charging me every month even though I DID NOT LOG IN TO THAT CANCELLED ACCOUNT AT ALL. They charged me for TWO YEARS. They refused to refund me. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

We were using Zoho Invoice for a while without ANY trouble. BUT since we reached the limit, that’s when the issues started.
They force you to move to their super product called Zoho Billing.
Okay, that could be fine if you actually need to manage billing cycles and all that blablabla.
But I just want to use Zoho Invoice to manage my invoices.
And that’s where the joke begins.
We just wanted to use Zoho Invoice as a normal paid product and sleep peacefully. But you can’t. Why? I don’t know. I don’t know which genius came up with that idea, but wow, brilliant.
But that’s not all. You might say, “Okay, fine, just move to Zoho Billing.” But you can’t just switch your base API because the entire API is completely different from Zoho Invoice.
So you are stuck in the matrix. You can’t pay for the product that worked perfectly, and now you have to rebuild your entire billing workflow to fit the new API.
Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.

To perform a search, you need to know where to search. It's clunky and just overkill.

It’s incredibly useful for our workflow — my team can create content, send it for review, and I can check and approve it seamlessly. This feature has been a huge help in maintaining quality and consistency.

The only thing i would improve is the automated posted on tiktok. for some reason tiktok flags all my posts that scheduled through zoho as promotional content and im not sure how to fix it.
