Simple problem, NOT and Easy Fix
My problem was a simple one, but the fix turned out to be a nightmare. I entered the incorrect email address when I registered my domain, and everything from that point turned into a nightmare. When I was able to connect with a specialist (Eric) he immediately understood and worked to fix the problem. I was ready to cry and tear my hair out. But, Eric patiently guided me through fixing the issue. Now, I can move forward, and I'm grateful.
