Due to the upgrade in PeopleSoft to 5.40, there is now a new way to log in to the
system. Each user will need to access the site via the link below, as well as use
Multifactor Authentication (MFA). Each user's PeopleSoft username and password are
no longer valid and instead has changed to the same login information as Microsoft
Outlook and OneUSG Connect (i.e., YourNetID@kennesaw.edu and your netID password).

If you have clicked on Self-Service, your Navigation Bar will show "Worklist" as the first option. Please log out using the three vertical dots in the upper-right part of your screen (shown below) and select "Sign Out", otherwise you will run into an error when trying to access "GeorgiaFIRST Financials".
Off-Campus Access and Password Reset
PeopleSoft / ePro access is only available on Campus. To access PeopleSoft when not on Campus, you will need to use KSU's VPN. More information on how to set up or access the VPN is available through UITS's website:
