Have not received the order since October. No reply to emails. I’ve been a dumb not checking the reviews first.
How can such a company still being able to scam people online at the view of all?

The boards are VERY thin, (1mm?) the edges are sharp and not smoothed or bevelled - the latter is best but is not possible with such thin metal.
They scratch just ‘looking at them knife in hand’ and they water-stain immediately when washed. It comes off but not without a surprising amount of effort.
All-in-all, they work but I wouldn’t recommend them.

I haven't received my cook ware yet.where is it?

It’s been more than a month since I bought the product and I have not received my order yet. Í have no way of tracking my order without paying extra to the website. I feel I have been scammed

After seasoning the skillets as directed I am still unhappy with these skillets as they are not stick resistant as advertised.
I want a full refund please.

Not what it was advertised to be, anything I cook on this pan sticks, is hard to clean and despite my best efforts to clean the pan the surface remains stained. I would highly not recommend this product. Very disappointed in this product.

'Non-stick' here seems only to mean 'easier to scrub' .

Worthless. It’s not non stick

I waited 8 weeks for my order to be fulfilled.
Half of what I ordered is not Titanium, it is stainless steel from a chinese company called Kengo.
One of the lids do not have the rubber seal under the lid handle. Customer service has been poor at best.
It has been quite a shabby experience with a company that just doesn't seem to care.
Unprofessional and what could have been a wonderful new adventure in the kitchen has turned into one of disappointment.

I had placed the order October 9 and to this date I had not received the product. Very dissatisfied with the shipping experience and when I finally do receive the merchandise I hope I have a better feeling for the product

Ordered online was kept informed re the delivery. Frypan arrived in good condition and so far i am very happy with using it ie no sticking and easy to clean

Eggs stick in the pan even with oil and I try to returned and The company do not cover the shipment making not a good idea return the product.

After using these Pans for a couple of months I now decided to give one star,
Avoid at all costs if you are looking for a non stick Pan ,
Heat distribution is a total mess
This pans actually ruin your food as they overheat super quickly
Very difficult to clean without a metal sponge and lots of heavy scrubbing

This is a total overpriced disappointment

I tried to cook a fried egg and it stuck to the pan not very non stick at all.

I bought the Chef starter pack, one frying pan and one saucepan, I was expecting both to be lined with Titanium but only the fry pan was lined with Titanium the sauce pan was a plain and simple Stainless Steel pan, a bit disappointing.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I waited three weeks for this to be delivered from China… showed up… cheap dollar store pan with a screw on handle and cheesy “some assembly required” lid.
Total pos in my opinion…
Feel like I’ve been hustled. Note I get to see if I can figure out a return process. Horrible disappointment.
