The ai reader is terrible. Cant understand anything. Won't use this test again for a truck driver. Its all about product loading. Maybe 5 minutes of 2hrs actually tests on trucking saftey. Pictures are all from another country as far as trucking was concerned. It was way better the first time I used it.

Very clearly written information with images to help the learner. However, incorporating staged scenarios in video format will go extra length in helping learners consolidate concepts and relate them to real life scenarios.

A couple of years ago, it was a real training program that was well laid out. Now it's just all AI slop. Simple rehashing of regulations, endless references and annoying AI-generated voices. I will not use this service again.
They should realize that AI in its present form is not the future. It's a dead end.
Edit: Not sure how contacting the company would change the quality of the training. They should redo the whole thing. Right now, AI presenters change mid-sentence. You literally have one voice reading the beginning of the sentence and another reading the end. In addition, many final test questions are incorrectly formulated. There were cases of two correct answers present in the choices, and only one was "officially" correct. Or asking questions that made no sense to a chemist (the training was in shipping dangerous goods).
I'll definitely stay away from them in the future. At least until the AI slop is flushed out.

Compliance Training Online will not provide a signed Form 5000-23 rendering the training as an MSHA Annual Refresher, as it is advertised, useless.

I find the training to be great and a good value, but find the updated website not as easy to navigate as the old version.
