Simple and easy
I have been with 1st Central for a few years now, prices are always very competitive, it's easy to contact them and the ability to update and make changes to your policy online can be beneficial to add a driver, change vehicle etc etc, insurance made simple unlike most other companies these days that want to make everything over complicated

If I could put less than 1 star I would.
I have had countless issues with this company from my first day of passing, to now a year driving.
I now have zero no claims after 3 policies with them due to the extortionate prices and customer services themselves telling me to cancel my policy and "just take out a new one". This caused me to be sat on hold for 15 minutes before even speaking to someone and then being put back on hold for 40 minutes after requesting a manager and then being hung up on. Calling back going through to Zuyo, I was told that "No managers were available and I would receive a call" 2 hours go by and no call, so I call back again and after 25 minutes on hold I get through to someone and when requested a manager, I'm told they won't be able to do anything. I get through to a manager called Asanda. Who was insulting at any question I had about a quotation for a car change from £200 to £600 a month, all whilst I had a new quote from them for 214 a month for the vehicle. I was told that I was lying either about the price or my information was wrong.
Horrific service I have now cancelled with them and took a new policy with a different insurance provider.

Super easy to switch cars
I have had my car insured for approx 10 months and just purchased a new car, just about to leave the garage when I remembered about changing the insurance over, so I went on to the portal and 5 minutes later all good to go. Superb, quick and very efficient. Drove out happy and legal thank you.
