Yes, it's a shameless scam - keep clear
You do all those questions, then the won't give results without payment
Misleading Advertising & Website
The Google Ad and website content suggests this is a “completely free” online assessment with “no sign-up required” but the moment you complete the questionnaire they ask for your email and £0.99 to see the results. And that’s just the 24 hour “free trial” - after that it’s a £19.95 per month subscription. Thankfully I didn’t enter my card details but I absolutely reported their advert. Fair enough if you want to charge for assessments but you absolutely cannot advertise it as free/no sign-up required - it’s misleading advertising and deserves to be blocked, fined and charged.

Not free and not accurate
Not free. Not accurate. Save your time.
Scam
Scam! I've just noticed two recurring payments of £30 a month after signing up for a $1 test. Total scammers, beware. Now having to cancel everything. How do they sleep at night?!
SCAM
As with the other reviews, my experience was terrible. The company uses search engine optimization (SEO) to use buzzwords like "free autism test" and after you complete the test, they not only hit you with a $0.99 fee. But on top of that they lock you into a subscription after a mere 48-hour free trial (which is hidden in fine print). At no point was I aware that I was purchasing a subscription until my bank account registered the charge a few days later. I emailed them asking for a refund and they said because their homepage has payment details they were unable to provide a refund. The problem is that most people do not come across their home page when conducting a search. They come across the website through the use of the previously mentioned buzzwords "free", "autism", "test", etc. An extremely scummy business and the results of the test weren't even useful. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
SCAM DO NOT DO THIS!!
SCAM DO NOT DO THIS!!! THEY CHARGE YOU MONTHLY AND DO NOT CANCEL YOUR "SUBSCRIPTION" YOU NEVER SIGNED UP FOR
Yet another review of a negative…
Yet another review of a negative experience.
I used the trial and then they charged my card over multiple months with no emails, no receipts, I would definitely recommend avoiding.
Predatory website signing up people to…
Predatory website signing up people to subscriptions and billing them monthly 20 dollars a month for lackluster assessments with no real value offered.
Scam website - Avoid
Like the other reviews, I would agree this site is a scam. They claim to provide a free test but then charge for you to get the results once you have answered the assessment questions. A couple of days later I was then charged for an app I didn’t download or use. I was not sent any email about the second charge and when I emailed the company I was sent a response lying about the fact they are clear about the charges on their homepage.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They advertise free autism exam then at the end to get the results it says $0.99 and you think ok I can do that and then all the sudden they take $19.95 and claim it was all in the homepage I screen shot the whole front page and then sent it to them to show them it never said any of that. Avoid this company at all cost!!!
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. Like all the other reviews said, this place is a SCAM!! It wasn't clear at all to me that it was a subscription based company. I have wasted USD $60 on NOTHING!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! MAJOR SCAMMER and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to disabled people.
Disgraceful - NOT a free test
Disgraceful - NOT a free test.
Unbelievable that you would make someone do all that and then ask them to pay before seeing any results.
Absolutely disgraceful company…
Absolutely disgraceful company…. Advertising test results for 30p then signing you up to a subscription without your knowledge and charging you £30…
SEND AN EMAIL SAYING YOU SAW TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS!
I also saw the ad for a FREE autism test and then paid $1 AUD to get my results. I didn’t notice any mention of a “48-hour free trial,” and I wouldn’t have gone ahead if I had, since I only wanted the results. Later, my bank flagged two charges of $39.95 AUD from the same company, which I never knowingly authorized.
I emailed them asking for a cancellation and refund. They cancelled the subscription but refused the refund, insisting I’d agreed to their 48-hour trial and terms (which I definitely did not).
What worked for me was replying again, saying I’d seen the negative Trustpilot reviews and that if they didn’t refund me within 7 days, I’d:
• Lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria and the ACCC,
• Request a chargeback from my bank, and
• Share my experience publicly to warn others.
They then responded saying I’d be refunded. Time will tell, but hopefully this helps others in the same situation
Scam site
Scam site. Will try to take money after you take the screening.
Scam site
Scam site, they take £0.30 for a test fee.
They mention a £29.95 monthly subscription fee, but at no time do they show any agreement on my part to take up the mnonthly option, nor do they indicate that it will be automatically added to a debit order.
I suspected this might be a scam, since I would normally expect an option to select or refuse. The lack of any indication from them that the monthly fee would be taken (stolen) made me suspicious, so I checked my bank statements daily just in case. I was not surprised to find they had stolen £29.95 and reported it to the bank, who immediately reversed the payment and cancelled all transactions from them. A police report will be made as well.
If I could give zero stats I would
If I could give zero stats I would.
I conducted an online test / questionnaire for $0.50 cents. Two days later I was charged $24.99 for a membership. I emailed they company and explained. They refused to give me a refund and said I should have read the small print. This company is a cheat, fraud and ripoff. DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE AUTISM EVALUATION!!! Do not use them for any service.
Don't fall for it!!
As everyone else says. This company is a scummy piece of shit. Taking advantage of people confused about themselves and seeking support. I fell for it in a vulnerable moment since it looked so professional. Boom 30 dollars gone when I only was supposed to be charged one. Report this site. Do not use it. This is unacceptable. Now I feel even worse than before for falling for this stupid shit without checking here first.
Absolute scam..
Absolute scam... Did an online assessment, was told it would be 30 pence (UK) to get a copy of the report, so I did this... 48 hours later, I'm charged £29.95 for something that I have no idea of.
