Be careful....
The tool itself is very good but you are very devious by stating that the service is free. Wasting peoples time by letting them create a cv only to lock it behind a paywall in order for them to access it. You then create a subscription that is incumbent on the user to cancel - otherwise they are scammed into paying a lot of money indefinitely and clearly you hope that they forget to cancel the contract.
Be honest with people from the get go and you will have far more credibility!

Helpful Support and Excellent Free CV Options
The CV builder was amazing. At first, I was really frustrated because I spent an hour creating my CV, only to find out that downloading it required a premium feature. But then the “Need Help” support (Jason A) guided me and explained everything clearly. He also informed me that there were free download options available, which I hadn’t noticed at first.
The free templates turned out to be great, and the entire process became so much easier. What I loved the most is that you can create a complete CV just by entering your information — everything is organized and built automatically. Overall, a very smooth and helpful experience.

Misleading Payment
I was unaware when I bought my CV that I had subscribed to the whole service as this was not made clear to me - I was then billed 16.90 a month later. After being in touch with a member of customer support (who was very helpful), I received a 8.45 refund as I apparently could not be fully refunded which was quite irritating as I hadn't used the service since. The service itself is very good, but the marketing and payment is not clear and quite misleading. I would recommend the service, but would advise to read the small print and be careful of what you are buying.
