An Honest Review of Hairqare

I recently completed the two-week Hairqare introduction program, and I have mixed feelings about the experience.

First, the positives:
The program is well-structured and contains a lot of valuable information, especially if you're completely new to hair science. I did learn useful things about hair health, routines, and some of the science behind care techniques. For a short introductory course, the content itself was good.

However, there are a few key issues that really affected my overall impression.

When I enrolled, I specifically asked whether this two-week program was meant to lead into another paid product, and I was assured that it wasn’t necessary and that the course stood on its own. Unfortunately, on the final day, there was a 45-minute video that was essentially a sales pitch for their “Haircare Lab,” priced at $1000 — presented as a major discount. The message was basically: You can continue on your own, but it will be confusing, overwhelming, and you're likely to make mistakes. That made me feel misled and pressured, and I think the marketing could be much more transparent from the start.

Content-wise, while the introduction was interesting, it also felt incomplete. Basic practical topics like how to brush properly, how to dry hair, whether or how to use a blow dryer, or step-by-step routines were not covered. One of the biggest challenges was product selection — the course doesn’t recommend products or help you find ones suitable for your specific hair type. Instead, everyone spent hours using the ingredient scanner trying to decode labels and figure things out alone. That part was unnecessarily frustrating.

As for results, I did not notice a reduction in hair loss during the two-week period, although I’m still hopeful that improvements might come later as I implement what I learned.

In summary:
The Hairqare introduction is a good starting point and offers useful foundational knowledge. However, it should be clearly marketed as an introduction, not a standalone solution. Many important, practical topics are not included, and the upselling at the end felt disappointing and disingenuous after being told it wouldn’t happen.

If you go into it knowing it’s just the first step — and that much of the guidance and personalization comes only with additional (expensive) programs — you may have a better, more realistic experience than I did.

It was an entertaining and interesting way to learn. I liked that it was a truly holistic approach to haircare, facturing in things like nutrition, exercise and stress management. It made a lot of sense to me and I learned so much! All of my individual questions were answered, it sometimes took a couple of days but the support worked really well.

I learned so much! About hair care definitely but also about how my lifestyle affects my hair. Thank you so much Sarah for sharing all of this valuable information 🙏🙏🙏

This is such a great concept: its intriguing, challenging and rewarding at the same time and I‘m super happy I participated in this challenge. The effort and love that went into making this is crazy, and the result I got from implementing Sarahs advice into my daily routines is amazing!

14 days only but I learned many things about haircare as a whole.

I just finished the 14 day challenge. It was so thoughtfully put together and offered a great base knowledge on how to take haircare in your own hands. I will be honest and say, given the timing of when I signed up, I was not able to complete each mission on time but I did upgrade to have full access to the course after the 14 days. For less than $10 I thought it would be worth it and I’m so glad I did.

I just took the 14 days Haircare challenge and honestly this is one of the most impactful things I gifted myself in the past years. Why? Because it made me realize and learn so many things on haircare and overall care of oneself. The holistic approach of this challenge was very helpful in terms of immediately testing, applying new knowledge and most importantly see positive effect. Being part of a community was also truly impactful! For the past 5 years I have experienced tremendous stress in my personal life which resulted in losing most of my hair, what was left of it turned dry, thin and lost its shine. After completing the challenge my partner looked at me and said "your hair looks alive!" I think that really is what best describes the result of these 14 days journey. I believe the best is yet to come a d this is just the begging :) Thank you Sarah and team!

I’ve just completed the 14-Day Hair Challenge and it has genuinely changed my hair, my hair-care routine, and honestly my life. It’s the only program I’ve found that tells the real truth about hair and the beauty industry, and the only one that offers an actual, authentic solution.

I learned more in two weeks than in years of trying products and advice that never worked. For the first time, everything makes sense and my hair -and myself- has never felt better.

Sarah and the hairqare team have a noble goal many companies dont have. Helping women all over the world heal our hair issues with unadulterated proven knowledge that their many years of hardwork and experience have produced. They didn't just keep it to themselves or for a few, they want to share it with as many as possible and theyre starting a movement that many others won't attempt. Pls keep doing what you do team, thank you for everything we have learned here. It was such an amazing hair care journey.

It is really a deep dive into your life, health and knowledge. Never knew there was so much to know. In the end i felt like a hair scientist

Also the story behind it and the motivation to shate knowlege felt genuine. Lots of workbooks and extra information.

You have to do your homework to keep up and you are rewarsed with extra knowledge.

What I love about the hair challenge is that it not only gives useful information about the hair specifically, but it also gives an overall lifestyle guide on what to eat, exercise and use on our hair! This is real empowerment that I can take away and use in my life! Already started to see results, so I’m very excited!

I would definitely recommend this challenge! You'll learn so much about your hair and its needs. Enjoy the journey!

Everything was organized perfectly!

This deserves 5 stars! The depth of the research, information and understanding of the challenges in the journey of finding the root cause behind hair issues, of finding the right products in a sea of cosmetics and toxic ingredients has been beyond what I expected. In 14 days I feel I have more of a direction than after years of gathering tips and tricks and gathering products.

Je viens de terminer le challenge de 14 jours. J'ai réellement appris beaucoup de choses qui vont me permettre de prendre davantage soin de mes cheveux, et surtout ne plus utiliser les mauvais produits qui derrière des promesses fumeuses, abîment en réalité davantage les cheveux. Si cela avait été possible pour moi, j'aurais rejoint la suite, mais c'est actuellement impossible pour moi financièrement. J'espère pouvoir rejoindre le Hairqare lab l'année prochaine!

I was cynical to join this program because even the doctors told me that everything was "normal." I thought I was going crazy because my hair was shedding so much! Joining this program was the best decision for me because what I learned was beyond anything I thought originally thought. I was a part of a real community of women just like me and it was beautiful.

I loved how informative this course was. I learned quite a bit.

So much useful information was given. Sarah explained everything clearly and has a genuine way of sharing her story. I can’t wait to help my daughter with her hair issues while using products that don’t break the bank.
