For years (for as long as I can remember), I have accepted that my hair is fine, lacks volume, and falls out no matter what I do. After this challenge, I have new hope. Fourteen intense days, full of knowledge and without any regrets. I am taking away a lot of valuable tools and much less hair in the sink.

Buyer beware! This is a review about the company's sales practices, they advertise a full refund within 14 days of purchase. I purchased and requested a refund within 24 hours only to be told that the Luxury DIY Workshop is not refundable due to it's digital nature. Well, this entire programme is digital and in their refund policy they do not mention partial refunds, they claim full refunds. I have not even accessed the content of the course but that is besides the point; basically, if they claim full refunds but do not honour this, what else is false about their marketing? Buyer beware of the bait-and-switch tactics. Also, read other 3-star or less reviews, both on this site and on other forums, and realise that some components of their offering simply do not work. Further for what they are charging, a little research can provide the information you need. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company. Don't waste time or money with Hairqare.

Update to 2-stars from 1-star following full refund

After raising a dispute with my bank and letting Hairqare know about it, they contacted me and acknowledged that their communication around refunds is unclear/misleading and that they would refund me in full. I appreciate this gesture, it is just regrettable that I had to go through calling the bank, obtaining a policy adjustment for this retailer, posting a negative review, and calling the bank again to advise that the retailer eventually refunded the full amount. Lots of hassle and much time spent with little reward, not a good experience.

Experiencing the 14-day Haircare Challenge has been a truly life-changing milestone in my haircare journey. I’ve started to understand so much more about products, ingredients, exercises, and techniques that help strengthen my hair and unlock the secrets to healthy growth.

From learning how to choose the right products, making my own aloe vera gel, and formulating my very first homemade shampoo, to incorporating new exercise and meditation routines into my daily habits — every step has been empowering. I’m also learning how to continuously improve my shampoo recipe to achieve even better results for my hair.

Beyond the practical skills, I’ve made wonderful new friends and received thoughtful, constructive feedback and advice from the team. The support and encouragement have kept me motivated throughout the challenge, and I’m genuinely grateful for this inspiring community.

Was skeptical but the 14-day challenge was so worth it. It ended up being about so much more than just haircare, but my hair will benefit from it all. An incredible wealth of knowledge, encouragement, and community. So grateful to be able to learn from others' years of experience without having to go through the trouble myself. Finished it feeling wiser, inspired, and committed. :)

I love the 14-days challenge. It helped me improve my knowlege on my hair to have better hair. It's not a miracle product nor a magic recipe. It's just small changes to make when you understand better your hair.

I have a sluggish thyroid and I am in perimenopause. My hair has been shedding for years and I was sad to see my scalp in the mirror. I was very self conscious about the thinning. Since using the shampoo the difference in my hair is night and day. I have had very little shedding and my hair looks fuller and shinier. I am thrilled. Spend the money and do the challenge. It is worth every penny.

I bought the haircare challenge on a whim from instagram. I’m glad that I did. It’s a great starting point for holistic haircare and to have your haircare in your own hands.

Educational journey. Was so much more than I expected. Has given me enjoyment, can't wait to view each new mission. Most importantly has given me tools and confidence to make a change and have better hair. Have been ignoring the problem for a long time due to work,family commitments and having tried every product just gave up as process of ageing

The information provided on hair care was eye opening. Loved learning to make my own diy shampoo. Learned about chemicals in products that are not good for hair or your scalp.

It was great to learn how to make your hair better, knowing about products, supplements, food, making out own shampoo. Everything was very useful and we just need to make adjustments depending in our type of scalp, hair and to make it part of a routine that will change our life, and body focusing on our har.

I loved the pace and information. I feel so much more knowledgeable about the building blocks of healthy hair- from diet to products!

I recently completed the Hairqare 14-Day Better Hair Challenge and had such a great experience! Although I have a very busy life as a mum and running a family company, the daily tasks were fun, practical, and achievable, which made it easy to stay motivated. I really appreciated the personal approach – I felt truly heard and supported throughout the challenge by Sarah and her team. One of the highlights for me was learning about good vs. harmful ingredients in beauty products like shampoos and supplements. It was eye-opening and empowering to understand what I’m actually putting on and in my body. Overall, a very valuable and enjoyable challenge that I’d definitely recommend!
