Absolutely excellent trip. The guides were phenomenal, very knowledgeable & personable.

From start to finish, it was obvious that I was working with a company (& agent: Roisin Farrell) that cares. The attention to detail was impressive, such as receiving a phone call to review all travel documents together with lots of helpful hints. I will certainly be working with Kensington Tours in the future.

We had a family trip to Egypt. My mom, 92 years old, and two of my brothers and their partners, along with my husband and me. We were met by the Kensington rep at the airport and from that moment everything was perfect. Our guide in Cairo, Hala, was exceptional. Outgoing, friendly and treated us like family. In Luxor we again met the Kensington rep at the airport and were taken to our dahabiya where we were treated like royalty. The crew was wonderful and our guide for the week, Yasser, was brilliant. Incredible history and sights and enough photos to keep me busy for quite a while. I cannot express how truly grateful we are for how well this trip was organized.

This was our best trip as a family with our 2 sons and their significant others. Our experiences were totally what we had hoped for as we planned this vacation.

Sahar couild have almost been on the trip with us. She took care of every detail and was able to work with an outstanding ground team every stop of the way.

I can't say enough good things about our trip to Europe this past fall. It had been quite some time since my wife and I traveled abroad, and we were looking forward to making up for lost time. Being our first trip as a retired couple, we were looking for extraordinary experiences, and Kenington delivered with excellent planning and execution. Our travel specialist, Roisin Ferrell, was especially helpful in planning our trip by listening to our desires and designing the ideal mix of activities and free time. The hotels and services selected by Roisin were first-class and well researched. And during our travels, Roisin was in contact with us, offering help if needed. We would definitely recommend Kensington and look forward to working with Ms. Ferrell again.

Firstly we have to compliment Sahar Shah for developing a beautiful itinerary for us for our trip to Spain. She listened very carefully to all our requests and checked all the boxes.
Our individual tour guides were very knowledgeable and obliging- except for the one in Seville.
The trip went seamlessly and we arrived everywhere with our drivers always waiting for us.
We saw all the highlights everywhere and we did interesting and fun experiences like our cooking class in Madrid, winetasting, tile making in Seville and hiking in Ronda.
An exceptional experience.
The only drawback was our hotel in Seville- La Juderia. This was a maize of tunnels and definitely gave us the feeling of hiding in caves during the Spanish Inquisition- our trip was focused on the Jewish experience- but the hotel was definitely not up to our expectations in comparison to the other hotels we stayed in. Would never recommend this especially for retired people.

The guides were amazing. The day trips were great. The accommodation were fantastic. The trip planner was awesome. The food was tremendous. The drivers were super.

We had a wonderful experience because we clearly communicated our wants and needs, and the team at Kensington listened attentively. They paid close attention to detail and double-checked everything with us and with local contacts at our destinations. It was worth every penny!

Our 22 day tour of Spain and Portugal was our first trip using a tour company. We travel frequently and normally plan our trips ourselves. This experience has been so enjoyable for us. Our travel planner, Sama, took the time to understand what we would enjoy from cultural experiences to adventure/active experiences. Sama also asked what our favorite accommodations would look like. She based our itinerary from our feedback. She was open to changes that we recommended and we received responses in a timely manner. We loved our trip and the variety of excursions. The hotels were centrally located and perfectly fit our requests. I think moving forward with Sama can only grow our travel experiences as we can now discuss our favorite excursions and hotels and locations to help her get to know us more and more as we travel the world together. I would recommend Kensington to anyone inquiring about hiring a travel agency.

We had an amazing experience in Morocco. The services provided by Kensington were fantastic. We informed Moe Sami what we wanted to see and do and he delivered. He answered any questions we had. Our driver Omar was professional and happy even though he didn’t speak English well. Our guide Nabil was very knowledgeable as he was from Marrakech. He explained and took us to the most beautiful places. We will definitely consider using Kensington again!

My experience with Kensington Tours from start to finish was exemplary. My Destination Expert, Dev Jai, was very accommodating and quick to respond for any queries in booking our Golden Triangle trip to India. The guides in each of the cities were very knowledgeable and the driver was excellent in navigating the chaotic roads. In each of the cities, a Kensington rep checked in with our group to ensure everything was fine. Highly recommend Kensington!

The tour itself was very well planned and provided a diverse experience and understanding of Ireland. Our driver could not have been better! He was entertaining, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his country, which was a great contribution to how much we enjoyed our trip. The Dublin hotel could not have been better, so we were perhaps spoiled by the time we reached our Galway hotel, which had excellent amenities and great food, but the rooms just lacked some of the qualities of the Dublin hotel. All sites we visited were easily accessed through the excellent planning and details provided by Kensington.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Lin the travel professional who worked with us was very interactive and really did his best to understand and set up the travel experience we wanted. Also helped us make changes.

Tamara put together the most amazing African Safari in Kenya. The Kensington team in Kenya were top notch, they thought of everything. It was the best adventure we have ever experienced. We were treated like VIPs from beginning to end. Every detail was looked after, all transport was seamless, every Elewana camp was beautiful, the staff were fantastic. I would highly recommend Tamara and the Kensington team. 5 star all the way!

We had been saving for a trip to Scotland since 2019. Covid stopped the first attempt. But we picked up our planning again last year. I quickly began getting stressed out with all of the logistics. I stumbled upon Kensington Tours on Facebook, I think. From the moment I initiated the communication Kristi Bejczak graciously started learning more about our vision and mapping out an itinerary. All our worries dissipated.
She thought of every detail. The hotels she selected were amazing. She had restaurant options that she already knew from other clients were wonderful. She had amazing people to meet us at every plane and train. She arranged tours that showed us so much more than we could have ever seen had we set out on our own. She took the information she got from visiting with us and translated it into a personalized trip of a lifetime. It's the best extra money I've ever invested. And I'm fairly certain I'm spoiled for any future travel. We don't get to travel regularly. So when we do, I can't have wasted time on mess ups and learning curves.
All tickets, reservations and confirmation numbers along with the detailed itinerary were gathered into our folder. All we had to do was enjoy Scotland. Additionally, I did end up using the 800 number because of a miscommunication at one of the hotels. The team at the 800 number resolved it before we were able to even get to our room.
