Support was disabled after reaching out. My account was closed back in October, no issues there. On November I got a refund sent to my Mercury card. Tried asking Mercury how to process that refund so I can get the actual money, no response. I contacted them a week ago via email, then through Twitter, even reached out to legal team over 48hs ago. Now, the contact option has been disabled on my side.
At this point, I’ve been ignored for a week by Mercury. I’ll follow up with legal complaint and BBB.

I sent a follow up message and got no response.
I’m honestly shocked at this point. I have posted multiple reviews here on Trustpilot about my unresolved issue, and I see Mercury replying to almost every single customer — except me.
It really makes me wonder: why are my reviews being ignored?
My situation is still the same:
My LLC account was closed without proper explanation.
My remaining funds were sent to an old U.S. address I no longer have access to.
I’ve contacted support and compliance many times over several months.
I still have zero response and no solution to recover my own money.
Seeing Mercury reply to others but completely ignore all of my reviews and messages makes the experience even worse. I’m not asking for anything complicated — just acknowledgment and assistance to resolve the issue they created.
I hope Mercury finally decides to respond, because being ignored while your business funds are stuck is unacceptable.
Until they address this, I cannot recommend their service to anyone.

Transfers typically takes more than the stated processing times. The tracking link they provide will be stuck in "Initiated" for days without being passed onto "Processing"
This makes things harder for payroll and payments which requires on-time payments.

Be careful. My account has been closed, got two refunds a month later but there is no answer from this "bank" when I request the disbursement. They say it takes a business day, it's been five, no response.
EDIT: I'm not disputing my account being terminated or not. I got money sent there and I get no response from this pseudo-bank.

You regularly surpass the stated times for deposits to clear my account. As a small business cash flow is very important. You state it takes 3 - 5 business days for checks to deposit yet you have taken 6 days on every deposit. Adding in the weekend that extends the time for the cash to be available. With ACH payments, you state 1 - 3 business and I paid for your subscription to invoice customers. I have an ACH deposit that is still waiting to clear and is the 5th business day! You are difficult to do business with in that sense. If I had no need for the money then sure it wouldn't matter. But a small business where cash flow is king, I need to be able access funds quickly as they come in.

I opened an account for my LLC because I needed a reliable banking solution in the United States. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. My account was closed without clear communication, and the remaining funds were sent to an old U.S. address that I no longer have access to.
Since then, I have contacted support and compliance repeatedly, but I have not received any response or alternative solution. It has now been months, and a significant amount of my business funds is still unresolved. This situation has affected my operations and caused unnecessary stress.
All I am asking for is proper assistance and a way to recover my own funds. I sincerely hope someone from the team takes this matter seriously and finally reaches out with a solution. Until then, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
