It was very helpful to set up my resume but I dont need to update my resume every month with a fee. I paid $2.45 for a special one off resume which I was ok with and now $34.85 has been taken out of my account and I am not sure what for. I paid for my resume so I am not happy about the extra cost that has come out without any warning. I have now unsubscribe.

You are charging me since August even though I canceled it online, but my cancellation didn’t go through some for some reason and now I see you guys keep charging me $35 every month. I need that money back otherwise I will go to my credit company and ask them to file dispute against you guys.

Using resume now has been incredibly helpful for me while looking for a new job! Finding a job is hard enough as it is, with having to drum up a million cover letters and re-edit your resume a dozen times. Why not have a really good resource that ACTUALLY helps you beef up your resume AND help you write cover letters. I'm not the biggest fan of AI, but for me to use this website, you KNOW it has to be really good then. I'm so glad I stumbled across this website randomly!!!! It's honestly made the job search process that much smoother. THANK YOU!!!!!!
