Great tool really helped

Cant read prior to paying and once paid get hit with review requests before being able to actually access the letter.
Once back into it get a message - cannot generate please try later.
Pretty pointless and a waste of time and money, dont bother.

I paid £0.90 for a document, and now they have taken £34.99 from my card. I did not agree to this payment or a subscription. I can't access my account or payment details as I get an error. I have raised a dispute with my bank.

scammers. Before the free week ended, I wanted to delete my account. The email address on the website does not work. It took me a long time to find any contact information for this site. I was charged for a subscription that I didn't want and didn't agree to before the free period expired

Don't use is a scam they chenge 1.90 them charge 34.99. Every week report to bank scam they stop the transaction.

This company is not what it seems to be. DONT FALL FOR IT. They charge you a 1 off 1.90 for a covering letter. You don't even receive this covering letter. Then hidden in the fine print is the contract that says even if you paid for a 1 off purchase you are signed up for the 35 pound a month subscription. This website does not help you and is only trying to steal your money. Be careful. I am very angry with myself for falling into this trap

Very easy to use app that guided you through every step

The ideas and the way my cover letter was constructed was amazing

I signed up for a 7 day subscription which rolled into a monthly subscription at £34.99. There was no email or warning of this although it is covered in their T&C's.
£34.99 however is a lot of money for a subscription service to help you with your CV and cover letter.
I do think they should be more transparent that this will roll over, as I only used the service to write one cover letter I fell the price of £34.99 is totally over the top. So be aware before signing up to this service.
