Applied for a business account, uploaded all the necessary documents and they were under reveiew since June 2025 with no news, contact or customer service from Jeton until November 2025, when we gave up and cancelled the application as this is not a serious bank. They´re customer service is just primitive.

My company needed a new bank account
My company needed a new bank account as the previous bank stopped operating. Jetonbank provided me a very good alternative, and after a thorough, but necessary onboarding process, I received my new bank account and also a dedicated IBAN. Mr. Walyd Benloucif guided me through the whole process with clear and concise information.
The platform is also very user friendly, allows the client to perform all operations (deposits, payments, ...) themselves, whereas many smaller banks (like I used before) require manual intervention.

I suspect they write their own reviews.
And like most banks in Dominca, they lie a lot. They will not provide you with your own IBAN. They can't. It's not possible. All of their bank accounts are with correspondent banking partners, so of course it's going to be pooled IBAN. You will not actually have an account with your business name on it. Always remember that tiny banks, in tiny countries, rely on corrsepondent banks. They cannot do anything themselves. They are 100% reliant on whoever they keep their bank account with (Yes, banks have bank accounts, especially tiny small banks). Don't be fooled by marketing. It's basically a fintech, that is reliant on third parties.
