Ordered & paid in full. After taking a precious days annual leave on 08/12 I was contacted 10 mins after the delivery slot to notify me the delivery postponed! Still no delivery time line & have guests arriving in 3 days with no bed!! I’m so sick of spending my time dealing with incompetence! Forced to review as there is no customer service contact! I will never use this company again!
I manage 10 x air bnb’s so they have lost my custom going forward!

I was overwhelmed by quality of goods & quick delivery
Had a phone call 5 minutes before my first delivery was due on 24th November saying they’d lost my parcel in the warehouse. I had just finished cutting my old bed up & putting it in a skip. That was the last time I heard anything from Dusk or their delivery partner ArrowXL. I had an email saying rebook my delivery which I did and it was due today between 1-3pm. It hasn’t been delivered and I’ve written around 6/7 emails over the past few weeks on their website and haven’t once had a reply that is of any help. The live tracker tells me they’re in Grimsby one minute and then i refresh the page and they’re in Rochdale. Absolutely awful customer service & I would avoid at all costs. I have also taken 2 days off from work to be at home for delivery of my new bed which obviously has cost me money.
The only thing that let it down was length of time to deliver. Bed and mattress were delivered together. Instructions were fine and easy enough for 2 people to put together
What the do you mean it's been escalated look how many weeks I've been waiting for you incompetent people to sort this order out are you taking the piss ?? Where the hell is my table that you have charged me for ?? Still cancelling the delivery this has caused me major stress totally useless company please do not use them I beg you you pay and get no goods

A really disappointing experience
I’ve been a loyal Dusk customer for years and have bought multiple bedding sets and two beds from them, but this recent experience has really let me down.
One set of pillowcases arrived with dirty packaging inside, and although I managed to sort that out, the process of trying to exchange or return items has been unnecessarily difficult. I’ve had to jump through hoops, and now I’m being told I’ll have to pay a higher price and delivery fee just to reorder something that could have easily been handled as part of one simple exchange.
For a brand I’ve trusted and recommended before, the lack of flexibility and the poor handling of a straightforward issue has been really disappointing. I expected much better customer care.
Ingram bathroom bundle arrived with missing toilet brush and bowel
I’ve not had my parcel as the couriers you use, Evri, are appalling. They left the package (so they say) on a doorstep. First attempt at delivery which was earlier than I was told. They have not contacted me despite my complaint. Can’t review the product that I waited an age to arrive because it hasn’t actually arrived. Disgusted.
I have yet to test out the product, but the EVRI delivery was problematic. I received an email on Thursday informing me it had been delivered at 8.30pm but with no photo evidence. I was also at home during that time and no delivery was made. Having complained to EVRi it took them two days to respond, asking me to check again before they would investigate. Eventually the product was delivered yesterday afternoon - almost 4 days later than originally advised. No apologies yet received.
Easy to buy,
Delivery guys very helpful to bring everything in.

Delivery was good
Mattress doesn’t fit the bed very well either though it’s the recommended product on the website.
Our delivery wasn't on time, despite taking a day off work to receive the XL package and had an arranged delivery date. We were then called at 4pm the day before to tell us it was arriving first thing the next day, when we were at work. When we did finally receive the package, the quality of the product was not as we expected and definitely not worth the price.
Fantastic prices through the Black Friday sales. Really quick delivery. Excellent quality.
