This was our first purchase from Dusk and it was an absolutely appalling experience.
4 no shows on deliveries and no updates.
4 days wasted at home waiting for deliveries as per the time slots given to us and 4 times the said items didn't arrive.
Very slow responses from customer care when they even bothered to reply and basically just a purchase that we wish we hadn't made.
Almost £1000 spent and poor all round.
We will never be using Dusk again and we certainly won't recommend.

The worst company to buy from they changed my delivery date after I waited 6 weeks then they rebooked me again for delivery after 2 weeks and on the day the delivery was supposed to come it was cancelled again and none of dusk costumer service had any info they just apologised which doesn’t make any sense. Stay away from dusk guys you will never get delivery on time and customer services is terrible

I ordered medium pillows, but was disappointed in them as they were very soft.

Great service from ordering to delivery , very pleased !

Evri lost my parcel so had to speak to the customer service team. All interactions were quick and a replacement parcel was sent out with issues. Would buy again and recommend dusk.

Very straight forward, order, select the delivery date and sofas were delivered. No problems at all. Bit apprehensive about ordering sofas online but they were great quality and firm. All I needed to do was screw in the legs very happy!

Ordered new table, chairs and ottoman bench.

As you can see from pictures the ottoman bench cover does not fit all the way round. The table top od the dinning table had damage which was obviously worked on and ammended but not very well in the factory. Ive been back and forth on email for over 3 weeks now as they offered me a poxy 10% discount if i kept the item after i spend nearly 2k on the whole set up.

After refusing the 10% they offered me to return the stuff which they have told me will take 10 days to review the return and then another 10 days for them to deliver a new set. All of this before i am meant to be hosting Christmas which leaves me without table to host in my house.

Refusing to offer any other solutions and wont put you in touch with any management.

Customer service people unhelpful with no contact information other than an email reply you get after 3/4 days!

The biggest bunch of incompetent clowns I have ever come across, just absolutely shite from start to finish. Ordered a bed 6 weeks ago and told it wouldn’t be here till earliest 1st of December - after zero communication they sent me an email asking ME to chose a delivery date, so I chose the 9th of December and took the day off work. 9th of December comes and goes with absolutely no communication telling me it was delayed at all and then had to audacity to send me an email telling me I could be charged if they deliver it and I’m not in? Phoned up and although the lady tried to be helpful and this is not her fault - she just ran me around in circles. AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOLKS ITS JUST NOT WORTH IT.

Product was delivered on time, easy to assemble and exactly as advertised.

Awful experience. They missed my delivery slot, I had to rearrange delivery for 5 days later because of their slow communication. Half of the bedframe I had ordered on redelivery was missing. Impossible to contact. They do not pick up their phone line (which is only given on instagram.)

I had issue with the delivery company and Pippa sorted it all out for me. She was very professional and extremely helpful and understanding, thank you Pippa you have restored my faith in Dusk.

The experience with Dusk themselves was excellent however the delivery company they use - ArrowX- was a complete let down. Packaging was wet and bashed, they scuffed walls during delivery and no apology. Fortunately the bed was well packed and & protected so no damage. Bed itself was great value and easy to assemble , daughter is very pleased with it.

Issue is still not resolved. I contacted you to report an undelivered parcel from Evri. I explained that you had split my order into 2 different couriers. I received a reply saying that the parcel has now been delivered but unfortunately that was parcel 2 which was delivered by DX. My second parcel was due for delivery by Evri over a week ago & still no update.

Do not give a window for delivery and then change it during that window!

Delivered as promised, delighted with the quality of the products, what’s not to like?

Would rate 0 if I could. I ordered a bed from DUSK and booked a delivery slot over a week ago. The bed never arrived. I’ve been completely misinformed by their courier saying the bed comes in two parts and DUSK has only sent them one. Then left without any clear update for days. Arrow XL admitted the bed has been sitting in their warehouse for a week, yet DUSK has failed to communicate or resolve the issue. Phone lines are switched off during the “busy period”, which is unacceptable. My contract is with DUSK, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they are responsible for delivery. This level of service is a joke — unprofessional and frustrating. People work so hard for nice things and all we expect is just to receive a resolution to problems. S**t happens. But noone has reached out, noone has helped at all. Virtually impossible to get through to anyone and they only seem to respond to the positive reviews. Such a shame. Will be reporting to bank and trading standards.

Great chair, great price in the sale. Box was battered on arrival but chair was spotless, so the box did its job 💪

I’m so disappointed with my first experience with Dusk. I ordered a king size duvet in a dark coffee colour called Mocha; it turned out to be a faded, pale beige. When I contacted the company, they said it was the right colour (but different from the picture they admit) but did not even offer to arrange a return.

Secondly, I ordered two medium support pillows - they have absolutely no support and are way too soft. I emailed about a return for this - customer service completely ignored me.

What a complete let down! I was planning to order furniture from them, thank god it didn’t! A company’s worth isn’t shown by how they handle orders but customer service in providing efficient and paid returns in case things go wrong. Never buying from Dusk again!
