I decided to update part of the interior and ordered several pieces of furniture from this brand. The design immediately impresses, everything looks modern, stylish and neat. The assembly of the items is generally clear, the instructions are readable, although several steps had to be redone because the details did not match perfectly. The materials are of high quality, the surface is pleasant to the touch, it looks expensive, although the price corresponds to the brand. Sometimes the delivery is delayed by a day or two, although the website promises an exact time. Also, the parts are not always perfectly fitted.

I am beginning to think all of these other reviews are fake and that I was scammed. Furniture hasn't been delivered (it's passed the expected date), the website says my oder number doesn't exist (the chatbot on the website says this is a know issue), I didn't create an account when I made the purchase-now I am trying to create one but there's no way to do that (the reset password link doesn't work either), the chatbot seems to be giving me the run around. AVOID this company!!!!!!!

My experience with Povison has been a complete disaster. I bought a $3,200 sofa that was supposed to arrive in 4–6 weeks, but after 8 weeks, only half of it showed up. The other half was delivered to someone else due to a mix of mistakes between Povison and their carriers.

What makes this situation even worse is that I am still without my full sofa, and Povison has offered no real resolution. Their customer service keeps giving me the runaround, and after all the inconvenience, they offered only $80 as compensation and told me I’d need to wait another 4 weeks for the missing parts.

As of today, I still have no sofa and no solution. Based on my experience, I strongly advise people to avoid buying from Povison.

I ordered a media table. It arrived damaged. The packaging and packaging material was intact so the large scratch in the top was obviously there when it was boxed up. And one of the legs was missing the metal threaded inserts so that leg can't be attached and the table is unusable. I have sent three emails (one in response to a "tell us how we did" email after I had already reported the damage) and I have yet to receive a response. It's been almost a week. I'm cancelling the coffee table I have on order and will likely need to dispute the charges given the lack of response form Povison.

I ordered 2 chairs to check the color before I ordered the entire set on Amazon . The chairs matched, so I went back on Amazon to order 4 more chairs from the link on my original purchase. I double checked the color before I ordered. I received 4 more chairs in the wrong color. I have requested a return refund. I went back on Amazon and tried to order the 4 chairs again. Once I placed my order it defaulted to the wrong color again. I was able to cancel the order. I took screen shots. I called Amazon and they told me the color I want is out of stock. Why didn’t Pivison tell me? Instead they defaulted to what they have in stock. This is not ethical in my opinion. Don’t order from them. At this point I don’t trust them.

I ordered a sofa in September for $2,700. I was informed regularly about the approximate delivery time and where the sofa was while in transit. At delivery time I received an email informing me the model had been discontinued and will not arrive. I was given a choice of ordering another model. I had to call Customer Service to clarify how something like this could happen. The company must rely on AI or just simply poorly trained staff. I requested some compensation because now I am without a sofa. Had I known sooner I would have ordered another one 2m ago. Compensation was declined and the refund has not been processed.

12/2/25 -We ordered a $1600 TV stand from them. It took over two months to arrive and when it did it was missing the power cord. Instead of doing the right thing and expediting it we have to wait another month for the power cord to arrive. They offered to me as compensation $50 or 3% off another order Which is a complete and total joke. I would never order from this company again.

Love my 47"-63" Round Extendable Dining Table! I got the white which is perfect fore my room.
Beautiful and expanded it can easily fit 7 people.

First, I will say I am delighted with my new dining table and chairs. The six chairs came is boxes of two and arrived quickly (10/21/2025). They were extremely well packed. I was impressed with that. The table came quite a bit later (11/13/2025). The table was going to be delivered to room of my choice and I had called Povison and asked when I may be notified about the delivery day and time. I was told they would call a day or two ahead of the delivery but I was called when I was out running an errand and told they would be at my house in an hour. I am certainly glad I had nothing scheduled after the errand so I was able to return home before they arrived so I could move the old table out of the way. The delivery team unpacked the boxes on the front porch and brought the pieces into the room where I wanted them. I was told they were not allowed to assemble the table so be aware of that fact. However, the delivery people were very efficient and curtious. They also removed all the packing material and took it with them.

Stay far away, didn't get the table top as described then.They told me they would open up two or three more tabletop Boxes so I could pick which tabletop I would like, then they emailed me back saying they can't do that, then they email back saying they're going to get approval.This goes on and on and on this company gets their stuff overseas.It does not come from the united states.It first gets shipped here.It is a very long wait. Worst customer service delaying answering look up the better business bureau reviews. Don't think you're getting a stone slab, you're not. At least I have in legal form.Writing email what they offered, and then they go back on their words waste of months of my time

Every aspect of the order was good. From the website photos, to order confirmation to delivery info to packaging and ultimate delivery and minimal assembly. Top notch!

Overall I had a wonderful experience. One small snafu happened when my order was cancelled because I didn’t verify a deposit. It was done to verify my information so I was not too upset. I reordered the item and received it in 7 days.

From start to finish everything from website navigation, sales conversations, payment, timely delivery and setup surpassed my expectations.

Delivery on time and high Quality Products. We are loving our new furniture

Ordered a ust projector cabinet and it came with the power cord disconnected. I could not find where the cord connected to the cabinet. Technical support was worthless they had no idea where to connect it either. They sent me unhelpful pictures that did not show where the connection was. It’s obvious this company just imports Chinese goods without knowing how they are setup. It took me hours to finally find the connection by feeling around in the dark inside of the cabinet drawer. I won’t be buying anything else from them.

I love this product! Installation was easy, and the packaging was well-handled.
