Promised in 4 Weeks, Still Waiting After Over 2 Month

I ordered an iPhone on 12th October 2025 and was told the waiting time would be up to 4 weeks. After waiting a full month, I contacted the store on 12th November and was told the phone hadn’t arrived and that it would be available by 12th December.

I waited another month. When I called again on 12th December, I was told to call back the next day. On 13th December, a staff member confirmed the phone had arrived at the warehouse and would be in the store by 15th December.

However, when I called on 15th December, I was told I now have to wait until 12th January. When I explained that another staff member had confirmed delivery for the 15th, I was told that the staff member was “new” and didn’t know what they were talking about.

I have spoken to multiple staff members and even the manager, and everyone gives a different answer. There is no clear communication, no confirmed delivery date, and no accountability.

I have now been waiting over two months for a phone that was promised within four weeks. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you are prepared for long delays and conflicting information.

Ordered click and collect hoover on…

Ordered click and collect hoover on 5th December and told I’d get an email when it’s ready for collection. I heard nothing back do went to the store to enquire about it. It was in the store but I received no email advising me to collect. The girl in the store was really friendly, apologetic and explained that it was a technical error in the website. It was a good hoover with a good price but shame about the glitch in the website (texts and email notifications were turned off on their end) .

I still have not recieved my exspensive, kareoke machine which is a christmas present. We wsit and see if they act on my email.

Unspeakable

Atrociously bad service and order handling. Item ordered on 03-Dec-2025. Tracking number provided on 04-Dec-2025 without any proof of physical handover to An Post. Not responding by email, almost impossible to reach by phone, having to hang on the line for hours. Customer care representative keeps repeating that the item has been handed over to An Post without giving me proof of this, like a parrot, for a week, without being able to provide a proof of physical handover to An Post. Parcel is not progressing through delivery network for 2 weeks. Generation of a tracking number does not constitute dispatch under Irish consumer law. Explicitly refusing to provide proof of physical handover, with lies that they had a chat with An Post just now and the package is progressing (it is not, no updates in tracking for 2 weeks) without giving me a proof of contact to An Post. Refund is being refused with claims that the package is with An Post and I have to refuse the package in order to receive a refund. Chargeback requested via Revolut/MasterCard. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to waste lots of time and money.

If I could give minus stars I would

If I could give minus stars I would. This company's customer service & after sales services are appalling. Having bought a dishwasher last year and spent a lenghly time waiting for a fault report to be answered, them having to wait again for weeks for "the manufacturing company" to contact them onky in the end they replaced the dishwasher with the same brand.... 6 months on the same issue has risen again with the replacement and I logged my complaint on the 8th December. I got a ticket number saying 1/2 working days for customer service to call me back. Several emails and unanswered calls later, I've had nothing but new ticket numbers & generic emails saying 1/ 2 working days and the team will be in contact. about the issues.
Don't buy from this company, they have awful customer service and after sale. Hope elsewhere.

Two weeks to be delivered.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner online and even though I was pleased with the price and the item was delivered without damage, I was very disappointed that I had to wait two weeks for it to be delivered to me and that is with me having to contact customer service after seven days without even an update on dispatch which I didn't receive until day 12.... that's why I have to give three stars on this occasion unfortunately.
