I’m a licensed cosmetologist of over 25 yrs. I’ve tried most brands but I’ve never been disappointed with Luvme Hair Wigs. I now ONLY purchase and use them for myself and my clients I service with them. The quality is amazing…. Not just once but EVERYTIME! When properly taken care I’ve had wig units that have lasted me well over a year! Forever a customer 🤗🩷

Great company, I always order my hair at luv me hair. They never disappoint.

The wig is so beautiful and the quality is great and the wig look so nice on me. I was in a accident and had be feeling bad about myself And I bought the first wig and at the hospital I got so many complement's So my niece bought me the second one I'm thankful for the company and I was happy with the gifts too. The whole thing made me feel like a new person

I purchased the BOGO and all I recieved was two of the same wigs. dispite I was charged for 3 wigs. I tried numerous times to get the matter resolved with no success. I also had several live chats with agents that gave repetitive responses, received duplicate generated emails and random text msgs as well with no resolution. When I checked with my bank I realized I was charged 3 times which caused a red flag to be put on my c/c for fraud. When I reached out to Luvme VIP and Luvme customer care I got a generated response and a repetitive email stating the wigs were all ready processed / shipped and they couldn't stop them and I would be charged .
This is obviously unacceptable and definitely screams fraud.

Dear Luvme VIP/ Luvme customer service.
The fact that my card "was charged" and processed for the same order 3 times should've raised a concern for your company that something was wrong. Did you actually think I would want the same thing 3 times? In the past I have given your company good reviews and raved about your product, but it's definitely not that good to make a purchase 3 times at the price you charge for the wigs. And I'm sorry but I have not recieved / missed a call from you.( according to my phone log). However , you did mentioned you have only gotten my v-msg. If so, Why didn't you leave a message if everything I'm stating is untrue? 🤔
It also appears that
you'd rather go back and forth instead of admitting your company has a glitch in the system .

I was so excited to get this NatureMAX 200% Density Ombre Brown Loose Wave Glueless 13x6 HD Lace Front Wig Human Hair Pre-Cut unit. The color, Ombré Brown, is nice but it sheds a lot. I’ve had it a week and the top is already very thin. Also, the entire wig thin for a 200% density wig, even before the shedding. I’m just overall disappointed. I had planned to wear this unit as my daily wig but I will have to find another option..

Great quality hair wigs purchase more than 20 units.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE company! This company has the best customer service I've ever had with any hair company! Agent Emma was very patient and incredibly kind! I love my unit! The hair is so beautiful, soft, no shedding, and the color looks even more gorgeous in person! I don't like wigs that looks wiggy. This hair did not disappoint! It looks so natural and looks like my real hair! I highly recommend Luvmehair! I'm excited to order from them again in the near future! Shout out to Emma once again for being so amazing!!

They can do better with colors and styles

Really easy to order, clean and comfy. Great quality, quick install, feels amazing. 4th time purchasing, but definitely not my last! Love this hair.

My experience with Luvme hair was great. At first when browsing for what I was looking for I was thinking I never find what I am looking for however I was wrong about this company. The wig I bought was the quality and color I wanted. I was happy with the way it was packaged, the price and the extra items that were included. I can always find hair that is pretty but I haven’t found a company that includes this color that looks so natural and suits my style.

Receive my wig within a week of ordering. The wig came ready to wear I only had to apply lace tint to match my skin tone. This was soo soft and had no chemical smell. 10/10 would recommend.

Wig is a mess, sheds badly, and the mystery wig is awful. Not happy.

The hair I purchased was horrible because it didn’t last long. I spent $200 plus dollars and I don’t have the money to be spending on hair like this. I purchased hair on Amazon that was better than this hair. My stylist has been doing my hair for years and said that this is horrible and don’t purchase it anymore. Very disappointing with my purchase and never had any problems in the past.

I only purchase hair from luvme. Their customer support is the best. They helped me now twice to recover a package that FedEx lost. No fault of Luvme. One of the packages couldn’t be recovered and Luvme made it right and sent me a new wig. I love them!! Their hair is the best!!
