What more to love!
I love this unit so much that I bought two more, customized with a different density, cap size, and darker color. I’m sure this won’t be my last purchase.
The cut and style are exceptional, giving the unit a grown-up and stylish look.
I’ve had several ‘grey hair’ wigs that were awful and a waste of money.
The placement of the curls is good, and the unit doesn’t have the manufacturing smell that other units do.
It comes with an elastic band and four combs. The pre-cut small size fits perfectly.
I pre-washed it according to their instructions, air-dried it, and added my own hair products. I also removed two of the side combs.

This braiding wig is honestly so pretty. The braids are super neat and consistent, and the hair feels soft and lightweight, not heavy at all. The lace looks really natural and blends well, and the parting is clean, which makes the wig look very realistic. The braids have a smooth finish with no frizz, and the color is exactly what I hoped for. You can tell it was made with care because everything looks well done. It’s perfect for getting a fresh braided style without spending hours getting your hair done. I’m really happy with the quality.

BEST BRAND EVER!!!
I have been ordering Soul Lady wigs for a while now. If fact, I have 2 of most of the ones I purchased so that I don't run the risk of them not being available in a year or so. These wigs are very soft, smell free, easy to style and easy to maintain. I have had to contact customer service a few times, but they are always understanding, patient and do everything possible to resolve my issue. The prices are not cheap, but you get what you pay for!! There are always coupons and codes to use to get discounts on the product. I love the dark salt & pepper color and always receive a lot of compliments on how pretty "my hair" is!! I highly recommend this brand and will continue to purchase from Soul Lady!!!

My first wig was exactly what I needed!
My first wig was exactly as I needed. I put my dreads underneath my wig so I need a larger cap. The second order there was a mix up and I received a regular sized cap and needed to return it. In the meantime I saw a third wig that I was contemplating when a customer service rep from Soul Lady called to see if everything was fine. She helped me with returning the second wig and gave me a discount on the third as well as helped with getting the correct size for it ordered. I am a more than satisfied customer. Wished more companies operated like this and they even are in another country! Looking forward to my replacement wig and future purchases!😊

I received a wig that was nowhere near what I ordered and customer service played games with me until I got so frustrated that I gave up and took a loss of almost $200, I find it hard to believe that I am the only one to have a major problem with this company, I would never ever do business with them again.

I received 2 beautiful wigs that were packed so nicely in a fancy box tied with a ribbon. The most surprising thing was how quickly they were shipped. I made my purchase on a Monday and received my order on Wednesday, super fast. Customer Support Team available to resolve issues with orders
I followed their directions and went to my local Post Office to ship the item. However, the postal employee informed me that the address you provided — 4507 M Stringer Rd. #200, Oakwood, GA 30566 — does not exist and cannot be processed for delivery. I did everything I was suppose to do. I want a full refund.
Update: The address do exist, however it doesn't have a postal box. Soul Lady responded and advised me to ship through USP instead. The package was shipped. Soul Lady informed me, once they received the package, they will give me a full refund. I am satisfied with the resolution. Their customer support responded to every email I sent. Thank you Soul Lady support.
