I love Patchouli Muse, Vivid Haze, the Allure dupe they do, the Viktor & Rolf dupe of Flowerbomb, they are all soooooo good!!!

I got the Georgio Armani “si” dupe. It smells like toilet spray pot purri. Gave me a headache also. Is nothing like the original at all. Will not purchase anymore of these products.

I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. I ordered on 23rd November. Apparently they’re working “around the clock” to get orders out. I highly doubt it. It’s now December 8 and after sending two emails with no reply, I’m starting to think I’ll be lucky to get either of the two orders I placed, this side of New Years. It’s unacceptable!

Disappointing all round. The smell is great but doesn't last more than an hour. Customer service is terrible, there's always an excuse why there's a 4-5 week wait on receiving your order. They have a Facebook page but turn comments off and delete bad reviews so nothing is honest. I've spent hundreds of dollars with this company. I've tried to support them for a year but they are simply not deserving of my money anymore. This is why it's not always easy trying to support small business.

I’m honestly so disappointed in Whif! I ordered from them during Black Friday sales to give them a go being a local business, I ordered back on the start of November and was waiting three weeks for it to be dispatched which the owner had replied to me and said it may take up to 15 business days so well and good. Once I received the perfumes I compared them to my real ones and they smell nothing like the originals! Two of the perfumes I quite like the smell of so will be keeping but when I emailed to ask if they had a guarantee like the brand Aerre who I’ve order from before and loved Whif have ignored me on TWO occasions! I will never be ordering from them again!

I ordered perfume on the 24th of November and it's now December 6. I wouldn't be bothered so much but I was supposed to have been sent a tracking number via email which didn't occur and I cannot find it on the Whif website either. I realise it's Christmas but this is far from peak efficiency. The perfume better live up to the hype or there'll be an issue.

Worst customer service and experience I’ve had in a long time. Not sure if they are trained to de-escalate situations but the customer service rep doubled down and was condescending in her approach. The whole experience ended with me getting a refund and even that was thrown at me like they don’t care. They’re not the only small Australian business in Australia. That was used as a rationale for long processing times a lot. Nonetheless explaining this over and over again isn’t the best way to approach good customer service. Won’t be purchasing from this business again!

Ordered 16 days ago 14/11/2025. No indication that it has been sent. The only response to My emails are automated saying thankyou for your patience. Not impressed and rapidly running out of patience

I bought sample box (8) and one male scent and one larger female one- ALL last about 10 to 30 minutes TOPS- then nothing. Better off buying $9 mist sprays from Woolworths ( impulse)

I was getting a bit anxious about the time since ordering & delivery thinking I'd been scammed but delivery came today.
Since 1983 I've only worn the original red Opium as my signature scent, nothing else compares. In recent years it's been harder to get & the price has sky rocketed. I took a gamble on trying the Whif copy, Crimson Allure. I have to say it's equal/identical. My workmates have always said they know I'm instore before they see me because they smell my scent, that's what I love about Red Opium & what they say about a perfume that suits you, you can't smell it but everyone else can.
The Whif copy is a perfect replica, receiving my first bottle I'll be making a repeat order for multiple bottles.. worth the wait.

I’ve bought most of the dupes for fragrances I already own the originals of, and I’m never disappointed — the scents match so well! My partner even said that with the men’s fragrances, you genuinely can’t tell whether it’s the dupe or the original.

We love using the dupes to top up during the day, and the 15ml bottles are perfect for testing out new scents before committing to a bigger one.

Shipping can take a little while during big sales (which is totally understandable), but otherwise it’s super quick. Overall, absolutely love this brand!

Ordered multiple times and have had great service every time. The fragrances are on point and to be able to get my hands on some discontinued fragrances that I adore but couldn’t buy anymore is fantastic.

Not a bad alternative to the real perfumes they are emulating but what a horrible shopping experience. Only after ordering did I get an email that I should expect 15 days processing time before they even ship. I was purchasing this as a cheaper stand-in until I save up for the real thing again but by the time it arrives I’ll probably have enough for my usual perfume. Really not impressed.

Good for first ten minutes then it fades even on clothes

I've found the many whif perfumes I've bought to be absolutely lovely and pretty spot on for dupes. I've never had a problem with their customer service or delivery times, especially since they clearly state their handling times and they update that during sales periods. I find the scents to be strong and long lasting and I truly enjoy them. If I've worn one at night I wake up still smelling like it. It's a big plus that they're an Australian company too

Crystal Ambrosia smells more like Crystal Meth than any kind of perfume. You could drink it for a fun time I guess.
