Hidden subscription activated after completing the quiz, something never mentioned on the site

Results looked generic, and soon recurring payments showed up on the card

Absolute scam, their email helpline is also a scam. Stay away.

I cancelled my subscription and got a confirmation, i was still charged after the billing cycle and they refuse to refund me so i had to make an fraud claim to my bank.

Test accuracy was questionable, and recurring charges made the whole experience frustrating

I ordered and paid for a simple IQ test and was charged R14 which I paid. Sadly I gave these crooks access to my credit card.

Two days later they charged my account with R900.59.

They refuse to give me a refund. I never ordered this or signed any agreement.

They are fraudsters and charlatans and I warn anyone to be very careful. This practice goes on time after time and the banks are useless to help.

Do NOT take the IQ test they offer! They will make u sit through a long extensive test and then afterwards ask for a payment. The initial payment is $1, but if you agree to pay this they will sign you up for a subscription without you knowing and charge you up to $80. Very unethical and misleading. If you are looking for a free IQ test take the MENSA IQ test.

Make sure to contact the support through email (you find in the AI chat bot on their page). Make sure to write you were charged unknowingly and that their terms were unclear and that you demand to be refunded for the subscription they forced upon you, that you contacted your bank and that you will be filing consumer protection complaint. You will get generic bot replies but make sure to send many many emails until you get a mail where they accept your refund. And make sure to freeze your card and get new one and cancel the subscription and take screenshots of everything, if they won't help you, your bank most likely will with enough evidence. Do not give up, I got my money back!

Note: Make sure to spam them real good the emails are being auto handled by bots. I spammed them in one day like 20 mails demanding human not bot and got my reply that they will refund me that email is important make sure to save it.

Do not forget: Just because they say you cant get refunded that doesn't mean you can't get your money back, what they do is not proper. Their page is poorly coded and even their policies are badly written so there is definitely a way

I did have a sizing question before ordering (I’m between a M and an L), and the customer service team replied within hours! This quick, helpful response is incredibly rare these days and shows they value their customers. They guided me to the perfect fit, and the shirt arrived exactly as described—perfectly tailored and feeling fantastic.

These frauds. The IQ test was supposed to be free. Then after taking the test they showed like 0.60 euro (i.e less than 1 USD) to view the report. I was frustrated about this bait and switch. I had already spent 30 mins on this IQ test. So, I decided to pay this 1 euro. After adding credit card info I saw the report.
Few days later I see a charge for 60 euros in my credit card. Total frauds

The changes didn't stop until the card was blocked, and support never stepped in to help

I’m writing this review to help anyone who ends up in the same situation as me. I signed up on this website only to receive my IQ test result, which cost around €0.50 (a small one-time payment). At no point did I clearly see or understand that I was being enrolled in an automatic subscription. I received only the result email, and nothing indicating an upcoming renewal or any future charge.

Later, I was charged for a full subscription without my consent or knowledge. When I contacted support, I only received copy-and-paste responses claiming the subscription information was “clearly shown,” which was absolutely not my experience. I found out that many other users online have had the exact same issue, which made me even more worried.

I contacted Revolut to freeze the payment, and I also filed a report to Dubai Consumer Rights, because the company seems to be based in the UAE. Despite all this, the company kept sending automated replies insisting that payments are “non-refundable.”

After several emails, I finally reached a real support agent (not the automated messages). I explained everything again in one clear message: that I never knowingly subscribed, that the charge was unexpected, that I had already contacted Revolut, and that I filed a consumer rights report. Only then did they agree to help.

They issued a full refund as a one-time exception and canceled my subscription to prevent more charges. They told me it would take 5–10 business days to appear on my statement.

So I want to make this clear for anyone reading:
It IS possible to get your money back, but you must be persistent, detailed, and firm.
If you feel you were charged unfairly, don’t give up. Contact them multiple times, provide all details, and keep records. Also reach out to your bank or payment provider and, if necessary, file a consumer protection complaint.

You do a quiz, it takes 30 minutes, it doesn't state you don't get the answers after.

When you're done, they ask your private details, to be able to get the answer.

After submitting that, you get the a payment option to get the answer. Naughty, nasty, manipulative and deceiving.

Too bad they don't show their reviews on their site. Which obviously fits the culture of this company.
