SiteGround has great customer service reps once you manage to find them. Unfortunately SiteGround has made it harder and harder to reach this service. You keep getting sent from one unhelpful page to lists of options that do not include what you are looking for to irrelevant "answers" by an AI assistant.

The representative is making an offer to correct the mistake that was made by SiteGround during the migration of our website, so that shows support from the Hosting company that my company decided to come too.

I have been with SiteGround for maybe 15 years and despite their huge growth (which they deserve), they have maintained superb service.

Today I had a problem with SSL after an error activating the CDN. Within 15 minutes the issue was resolved. I should have remembered by now how quick and effective these guys are - no need to stress when your hosting is with SiteGround. Very friendly and polite too.

Had a technical problem with my card processor so spoke with Siteground support and they setup a Paypal link instantly so I could pay my hosting fees. No matter what the issue I have always found Siteground backup first class, along with being a great hosting company.

Their AI chat box works well, and when it does not get you the answer you need, they quickly get you a real person who answers your question like a pro. Very pleased with their services. I have been with them for over 2 years.

The sign of a great company is NOT that they are perfect, but how they manage when things do not go as expected. My experience with SiteGround has been very good so far, as we migrate over 180 websites to them. A few hiccups here and there, but ALL were managed well and professionally. That is a great company. :)
