Very simple process to get a good deal at a reasonable price

I found customer service to be amateur, unprofessional and rude. After calling them about documents they required, they didn't know what to do about the fact my wife had an EU licence and couldn't get driving history off directgov.uk. I had already sent copies of her licence on the portal, they then requested copies of her licence, to which i had to explain they already had them. I had to keep explaining the whole problem to four separate customer service employees, was constantly put on hold. When i questioned the last one why i needed to be put on hold for 30 minutes, she snapped back , "well", I've been sorting your licence details.. RUDE . She told me we had put wrong dates that we had passed our driving tests , but we clearly hadn't. When they sent through the new documents, they have now put the wrong dates for both of us. IT CLEARLY HAS THE DATES ON BOTH DRIVING LICENCES, WHICH I SENT COPIES OF. This is the first and last time i will use this company.

Absolutely ridiculous. My daughter suffered a no fault write off due to someone smashing into her parked car. Go Skippy refused to assist at all and she had to deal with the other insurance company herself. But to make matters worse, they're charging her nearly £200 cancellation fee for needing to cancel the insurance policy before the end of the year despite the ONLY reason I cancelled the policy was because my car was a total write off THROUGH NO FAULT OF HER OWN! When she explained that she doesn't have the money for this, they have threatened to pass it onto debt collectors. I have neber experienced anything like this in 30 years of driving. I have never heard of this happening to anyone before and I still dont know how the hell she's going to pay this fee.

I'm happy with the car insurance and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good Deal and I got a good deal thanks

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY INSURED MY SON LAST MONTH.HE ASKED ME FOR MY DRIVERS LICENCE DETAILS WHICH I GAVE HIM AS AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER.NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR MY NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER WHICH I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF IN 40 YEARS AND REFUSED POINT BLANK.SO DOES THAT MEAN HIS INSURANCE WASN'T VALID FOR NEARLY A MONTH.THE GUY ON THE PHONE WAS ABUSIVE.HE THREATENED TO PUT A BLACK MARK AGAINST MY SONS NAME AND CHARGED HIM £158.00 EARLY CANCELLATION FEE.MY NEPHEW IS A INSURANCE BROKER AND ADVISED TO GET THIS GUYS NAME AND PUT A COMPLAINT IN TO THE INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN WHICH WE ARE GOING TO DO.
