Ordered on 02 December, grounding well, nothing has arrived, yet your sending me emails about different products of yours everyday, how come what I ordered and paid for hasnt arrived, just looked at your tracking, its coming from CHINA, your ads give an address in California, another SCAM

I ordered in good faith

I ordered in good faith, but never received my order. Between the courier, parcel shop and Groundingwell, there is a disconnect and trying to get a refund for an item I have NOT received is like getting blood from a stone. This has been going on for weeks and Groundingwell continually refer me to the courier to deal with this and the courier refer me back to Groundingwell - neither seemingly owning any responsibility! As the customer I would have expected better resolve to this when asking for a refund, but a replacement is the only option, with the prospect of having another frustrating and potentially un-fruitful outcome!
I do not recommend this company for the reasons above, never have a felt more irrelevant than now!

I sleep like a teenager now

I was sceptical and my adult son tell me that this could be a scam. But at the offer of a grounding mat and bed sheet is affordable, I decided to give it a try as I have not been sleeping well for years since Covid19. And after sleeping on the sheet for two nights without waking up, I am really glad that I buy these sheets.

Now it's has been more than a month sleeping on groundingwell sheet without waking up in the middle of the night to pee till day break. Thank you Grounding well

Warning: Buyer Beware - Order from a different grounding company - this one does not keep their policies.
8/3 ordered bedsheet,
8/8 rec'd.
9/3 provides a solicitated review. advised it wasn't working yet, but I was giving it time. company reached out and assured me even if i couldn't feel an improvement it was working
9/7 assured company i was complying with all the tips provided and it still wasn't working.
9/8 She mentioned maybe more contact with the bedsheet would help. I replied wondering if a full fitted sheet would increase my chances of it working. They replied i would have to pay shipping to return the sheet.
9/9 returned and provided proof of return like they requested. They said instead of refunding me, they would send me an invoice for the difference which was an addition $60.90.
9/27 second order still not received so wrote to company.
9/30 they apologized and said they'd follow with their third party shipping company.
10/5 still no update and learned the fitted bedsheet was coming from China, it had been 3 weeks.
10/6 company said they would follow with shipper and escalate
10/14 - emailed company saying it had been another 6 days and looked like product was stuck in Chicago. Total wait time was four weeks, still no product. At this point, it had been two months since I first notified them of my dissatisfaction with the bed sheet and reminded them they had $160.90 of my money and I still had no product.
10/13 - company again said they would follow with shipper.
10/14 - company replied there was no progress in locating package, perhaps it was lost and the best they could do was reship another one.
10/21 item shipped.
10/28 sent courtesy email that I received the product.
11/21 wrote I had slept on the sheet every night from 10/28- 11/21 and advised I had several serious health issues and did not feel any better after spending $160.90 and since it is not working I'd like to return the product and receive a refund.
11/22 company advised "everyone" feels the benefits in some way, I advised I had not. Advised I didn't want to delay the return process any longer given I have followed all her instructions and asked that they please initiate a return.
11/23 - she advised she would forward my concern to their dedicated team and update me as soon as she could.
11/25 she emailed saying I had an exchange on 11/9 , and since the ORIGINAL order was on 8/9, the 90 day money back period had passed as the last day of the 90 day return window was 11/9. So they're telling me the second replacement product is under the same 90 day time period as the FIRST product. Recall I waited on the second product for four weeks and they eventually had to send another one because they said that one was lost.
11/26 I advised the full fitted sheet was a different product and order, and it was them that suggested an exchange instead of a return and refund. They never said in all their emails that the way they were handling it would not provide any warranty period on the second product. She replied she assures me they have reviewed and I am not eligible for any return and refund. Unbelievable a company would treat a customer like this. I'm out $160.90 and stuck with a product that doesn't work. I never write reviews but consumers need to know something like this happened and evaluate their decision carefully to do business with this company or look for a more ethical one. This is a terrible way to treat a customer. Don't see how they can in good conscious handle in this manner. If you're looking for grounding products, please know there has to be better companies out there with better products.

I never received my order

I never received my order. The tracking says it was delivered Saturday December 6 to Arizona City Post Office but they do not have it. I will be refuting the charge on my credit card. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.

Grounding Sheet

Grounding Sheet

I was apprehensive to spend the initial money to buy the grounding sheet, but I jumped all in with the bundle for family members for Christmas so no one else has tried them yet.

We have been using the sheet for 3 weeks. I didn’t notice many changes in the first week but my hubby quickly noticed no middle of the night bathroom visits.
I have documented my nights every night and slowly my deep sleep minutes are becoming longer, my sleep score is rising and my middle of the night bathroom visits are becoming less frequent. I feel more relaxed and calm through the day.

The first night I slept on my grounding…

The first night I slept on my grounding sheet, I slept all the way through. It was the first time for years. I didn't wake up at 3:00 as I always did. I've been using the sheet for a week now and every night, I sleep right through. I feel so much better for getting a proper sleep. I'm really impressed. I'm spreading the word to everyone I speak to.

The product is well made and easy to use. I've already sensed that I'm sleeping more soundly and waking up feeling more refreshed. Also less of those nagging, first thing in the morning, I'm 68-years old pains when I awaken!

Grounding benefits

I discovered the Grounding Well mat and its benefits on social media. Decided to buy the socks to test its benefits as advertised. Tried the socks for more than a week. I can sleep!!!

My order arrived very fast, and I am sleeping very good one my grounding well . I slept very bad the last years because of Menopause. I have it only a few days and I sleep very good. I really Hope it remains like this!!!

It helps with inflammation and… go get you one right now!!!

It helps with inflammation and swelling. I feel well rested so rested that I don’t want to get up. I don’t have to put it in the washing machine after a couple days/nights. The straps are adjustable and I’m so glad because I don’t have to worry the cover sliding and it goes under the sheet. I love it.

I never felt any changes

I never felt any changes. I used it for more than a month almost two months till I get it out of my bed because it was just there annoying me thinking about the the money I've paid. I feel stupid, naive and scammed.
