There's not many businesses that treat their customers fairly, and quickly. I'm up to 5 (Five) Mila's now and truly enjoy the investment, which is great for my family allergy sufferers. So simple to use
The Mila app is so user friendly that it simplifies air quality as it turns on the thermostat. Customer care gave me step-by-step instructions when I had a setup question. Trustful, early and kind. I am very happy with experience.

Thanks for found in air quality in my house have improved significantly. The app is easy to use, and the purifier is effective and silent. Regarding the filter selection, I said support, and they immediately gave me useful guidance. Both customer service and goods are very good.

The purifier functions perfectly, and the variety of filter options is revolutionary. I contacted Millla's support staff because I had a question about energy use. He gave me full guidance and replied immediately. It is difficult to top the mixture of excellent service and state -of -the -art technology.

It seems to be like a smart thermostat for clean air, and I believe how the MILA automatically adjusts the air quality. The Android app is reliable and comfortable. When I needed assistance instead of filter, their employees were in a hurry to respond.

From set up questions to troubleshooting questions, I've had to contact Mila customer service several times. Every single time, they have been quick to respond, and super helpful at helping me resolve the issue. I rarely have to call someone,instead I can just email. Getting help is very convenient and fast. I couldn't be happier.
