One star is too high a rating!! Let me start with the worst first: They did some SEO for me that ended up being an absolute nightmare!!!! I am an author, and proper English usage is obviously important. I didn't even realize the horribly BAD English they had posted for my SEO until a couple of weeks later. While none of it is good, the Shop category was the worst. They wrote: Best Book for Children, and the text underneath reads: Looking to shop children book about cat stories? Shop Circus.... On top of it, the link only pulls up 2 of my 4 books. So they created another link with the same horrible English that now pulls up all 4 of my books. In case a potential customer overlooked the first horrible-English link, it's there again a second time. How marvelous!!! While this one is the worst, they also put under "Contact", why one should shop at my company, and under "Press" they wrote the contact info. I mean how much more incompetent could anyone handle this???!! This has been the biggest disservice to me!!!!! If they had only taken my money and done absolutely nothing, I would be much better off. I have been after them for an entire month to fix this, PLEASE fix this, I would write repeatedly; I would call them too. It appears that any kind of SEO work is semi-permanent and I have to wait on the google crawler to fix it. Not even sure whether that's the truth, since I've been told many things to calm me, but NOTHING has been resolved. In the last couple of weeks I had a new book release, which I was afraid to advertise, I had expensive radio ads running, which I stopped when I realized this terrible dilemma, and today I had a radio interview, which went very well, but resulted in zero sales, thanks to the lousy work that Social Verse did on my SEO. I mean I would personally put a big red mental X on a website with such poor English, especially for an author.
