Jeg så først trustpilot sine vurderinger her etter jeg hadde bestilt fire sporingsbrikker, og begynte å bli litt bekymret for at det bare var svindel eller at de ikke fungerte med iOS/iPhone.

Pakken kom som den skulle, og de har fungert veldig greit i bruk så langt. Ingen problem med å koble opp noen av de via iPhone fra min erfaring.

This product is Super Shit. I baught mine and it was expensive and because it's expensive you would think it's legit but let me tell you it's KAK in capetal letters. Delivery time was a lie and the product is also a lie. It only pics up signal when you are in wifi reach other Than that it does not update on where the true location is. It just moves with you on your phone if you are in the car. I hope this compeny burns to the ground because we don't need scamers with product that does not work as advertised. Please people think 5 times before buying this product.

I brought two trackers and a bell hide, and of course they arrived from china. One tracker works perfectly but shows up on any android phone as detecting an unknown tracking device, so my housemate showed me, so not very hidden lol. The other doesn’t work even after numerous emails still no response about returning or exchanging the faulty tracker.

MY Four trackers took very long to arrive and now they do not connect to an i phone 16. we tried them on 3 different iphones and there is only one answer.

Og så det de skriver at man kan se trackgo hele tiden ja vis der en en tlf i nærheden hele tiden så det er også

Incompatible devices that don't work and no communication as soon as a return / refund is mentioned.
This is most definitely a scam based in China.
PLEASE do not buy.

Purchased after there false advertising. Took ages to arrive. Once arrived they are not compatible with apple. Numerous requests made for refund and keep getting the repeated emails of ‘have you tried this… have you tried that’.

Don’t waste your money, the reviews on here say it all!

Eigenlijk nul sterren ⭐️ speciaal 2 gekocht voor mijn demente schoonmoeder zodat we precies life kunnen weten waar ze is eerst 3 weken op gewacht dan wil ik het koppelen aan mijn iPhone en het werkt niet vele malen een mailtje gestuurd eindelijk antwoord van we moeten 1 week wachten voor het update er voor daarna weer 3 weken mailen met verzoek om koopcontract te ontbinden en geld terug te vragen maar nú reageren ze helemaal niet meer 🤬🤬
Niets kopen daar heel slecht en geen refun

Waited what seemed forever for them to arrive, I have tried every which way to pair them but they do not work, I would not recommend buying these so called trackers as looking at other reviews its impossible to send them back for a refund

Don't hold your breath: by the time the product arrives from China, all the possessions you wanted to protect will have been stolen and shipped abroad. You'd be better off with an Apple Tag after all. I look forward to seeing if the darn thing actually works if I haven't died of old age waiting. Addendum: they arrived! I was able to connect them and they appear to be working properly. Upgrading this review to 4 stars on the strength of this (would have been 5 if delivery had been a bit quicker).

Made two purchases for trackers, received email confirmation of the purchases and then radio silence. Been waiting over a month for items and refund but in the end asked Amex to get the cash back for me. Absolute scam

Took a month to arrive. Doesn’t work. No reply from customer service when asking why it won’t work. Scam!

After paying for the order on their payment provider's website, TrackGo did not finalise the order and did not send the order confirmation. After my e-mail saying that the amount was debited from my account but the order had not been processed, they replied that they could not find my order and payment. After their payment provider presented evidence that the funds were withdrawn from my account in favour of TrackGo, they stopped responding to my emails. I repeatedly requested a refund, but received no response. They are real scammers! Do not deal with them under any circumstances. They will simply cheat you by withdrawing your money and disappearing!

Unfortunately I bought a scam product from "Swedish" company and shipment came eventually from China and is not connecting. They do not sync to my iPhone that has latest OS. Their "support" is just playing time telling that they wait for their technical departments support but nothing has happened. More than month is now gone and they avoid crediting my purchase.
