Last purchase only half of the 50 items arrived. Leaving another review as my bank has almost finalized the dispute. This company either needs to shut down or get it's act together.

Terrible items cleaned them washed th did everything to get them in good nick popped em on vinted haven't sold in 9 weeks and I get that's not there fault but the quality of the items were terrible and the grade line terms and conditions that is not b grade please do not buy of here

I ordered the “Branded Blazer Bale” which was advertised to include brands like Burberry, Dior, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Harris Tweed, and YSL. My order contained none of these brands. On top of that, several pieces arrived damaged and even damp. I attached photos and contacted Vintage Wholesale Supply immediately to report the issue.
It has now been over 2 weeks since I first reached out, and despite emailing multiple times, I have not received a single reply. Their return policy requires action within 5 days, yet their complete lack of communication makes this impossible.
This is extremely unprofessional and feels like they are just holding my money while leaving me with stock I cannot resell. I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering.

I ordered from them over HALF A MONTH ago, haven’t got any shipping details, order details or anything. Have emailed and texted them many times but no answer. Very disappointed and will not buy from them ever again. SCAM COMPANY.

Don’t bother with this wholesaler. Problems are the products I receive then they ignore you. No communication, was told it would be reviewed but then ignored. Products classed as A grade were unwearable!

I was mostly ordering from them, the shorts were decent and sold alright and the same with branded Trackpants but then i tried 7 piece clothing bundle and then 10 piece clothing bundle where most of the clothing were unsellable Champion t shirts and now as I ordered 5 trackpants even with a discount i was happy abt, now it doesnt even update on the tracking and they ignore my emails. don't want to be found as an advertiser for fleek but I bought mostly for the same price and even that its late it atleast has good comunication and updates on the tracking. 2/10 dissappointed

Ordered #4445 on 8th September, no tracking update, no communication, it's now the 18th September. Sent 3 emails chasing order as stated 3-5 working days for shipping. I would not order from them again as scam

Ordered 7th now 17th emailed and got ignored order #4442 DONT BUY waste of money still not received they claim 3-5 working day delivery.

Ordered a box with 10 clothes for £45 didnt even arrive it said 3-5 working days tracked shipping i sent an email i got ignored. I ordered it on the 5th of September now its the 16th no information dont order your just going to get scammed

To be honest I was really exited about the what I thought would be in the box……half of the stuff was marked to badly to sell and the other half was champion stuff which doesn’t sell at the best of times even when it’s brand new. There were a couple of decent items in there but on the whole I can’t lie I’m very disappointed in the purchase

Ordered a resseler box from them never got it wrote to them they said it will take a weeks to get my money messaged them every week for a month never got my box
Now they reply like it didint happen never buy from them

I placed an order ages ago and I’ve got no updates about anything. It hasn’t even been shipped yet and I’ve emailed them a few times but I’ve got no reply’s back!

Placed an order hoping for a reliable supplier, instead received poor-quality stock and even poorer customer service. When I raised a legitimate complaint, I was met with defensive accusations and threats rather than any attempt at resolving the issue.

Unprofessional from start to finish. The tone of their emails was hostile, and rather than address the problem, they escalated it with unnecessary aggression. A simple refund or replacement would’ve gone a long way, but they clearly have no interest in accountability.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I bought a reseller box with guaranteed Ralph Lauren and other good brands to resell.He got 3x terrible champion shirts which don’t sell on Vinted W44 Shorts which again won’t sell well at all.This place is horrendous and they are scamming for money with the “Great sellable items”which realistically are poor. Alongside there being no Ralph Lauren in the box.Really appreciate you wasting my time and money from such a terrible service.

At first everything was okay, but then when i got the tracking number from a delivery company named Evri there were issues with it. It was saying that there was a problem with the order but didn’t specify what kind of problem. Now it has been over a month since i ordered and still nothing. I wrote an email to them and at first the communication was good they said they will look into it and if there is an another problem i will get a refund or they will send another order. So after 2 weeks of not getting any new info form the I wrote another email and then another. In total i wrote around 7 emails but no answer. I also tried their phone number to send a WhatsApp message, it was delivered but no answer. I still think that it could be solved if they answered my messages and emails so we can work it out but IGNORING a customer is NOT AN ANSWER.

Not as advertised. We bought 12 A + B grade resale items. There isn't a single item of this quality in the box. 2 pairs of very old jeans cut down as Jorts (only much too short), items are faded, frayed, broken and stained. I have documented every piece of damage and will forward to trading standards. Only good enough for the bin! Also everything is 2XL which is very hard to sell.

I waited 2 months and only got feedback when they needed something themselves. They don't want to give me my money and lie to me. This can't go on any longer.

Would not recommend this company at all. I purchased the starter reseller box, all items were massive, the quality was poor with stains and one top being very bobbly, labels cut out and the items were more like worthless pieces rather than grade A/B vintage pieces like it states. Two items aren’t even worth selling and the others aren’t worth a fraction of what I paid due to the quality, so I actually lost most of the money I paid rather than ‘doubling up’ like it states in the description. Do not buy!!

Couldn’t rate them lower if I tried. I ordered a ‘Carharrt Reseller Bundle’, which contained 1 pair of Carharrt shorts and the rest are old undesirable t shirts or low quality shorts. The listing photo showed only Carharrt Shorts so absolutely trying to catch people out here. Funnily enough the listing can no longer be found. All the shorts in the bundle are massive, stained, and even have holes in. The parcel came in what looked like a bin bag, awfully packaged and just wrapped in parcel tape to hold it together. Please do not make the mistake I did and ignore the trustpilot reviews to give them the benefit of the doubt, you will only be disappointed.
