Moving to ID was the best decision I have made, I had no problems on your end, but my previous provider made it harder than it should have been.
Signal is very poor if non existent across most of UK. I rate it at 30% service provided by O2.
It was so easy to change over to I’d mobile at this present time I have no issues and no negative feedback
A good value contract, and very good customer service. Nothing else needed !!
Excellent broadband speeds when it is available - but still too many places where there's no mobile coverage, from any company.
So weak the mobile data to make a simple phone call.
It provides a decent service and doesn’t normally hassle me.

I’m 83 and vulnerable I found setting up my phone difficult I had to get my son to phone you and help me with it. I was connected today but couldn’t send or receive texts.I phoned the vulnerable line and a nice lady sorted out the problem
Whilst there are many things to admire about ID mobile, unfortunately when it comes to upgrades, there are no rewards for customer loyalty. All the best upgrade deals are aimed at new customers, and existing customers have the pick of inferior ones. As a result, I will be leaving iD soon, which I didn’t really want to do but feel forced to make this decision.

Very good value. No problems through the year. Experienced a few problems when first starting the change over, but they got sorted. Happy to recommend them
iD keep me informed every month about state of my account and new offers. To upgrade was seamless and I was kept informed at every stage.
