Soundstore are a 100% Irish owned Electrical Retailer that specialise in TV, Audio, Computers and Kitchen Appliances. We currently have Five Retail Stores and a Distribution Centre all located in the Munster Region. There are two Stores in Cork and one store each in Limerick City, Waterford City and Tralee, Co. Kerry. The main Distribution Centre (including a Customer Collection Point) is located in Bishopstown, Cork City.

I was able to purchase my tv in minutes and collect it the same day, other stores didn’t offer collections and charged a lot for delivery.
The staff in the Blackpool store in cork are very good and efficient.

I recently purchase a dryer instore, when I walked in the door I was attended by a staff member and he was absolutely superb in helping me with my choice and collection. I’ve shopped at Sounddstore several times now, and each visit has been an excellent experience. The staff are consistently knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful, which makes every trip enjoyable and worthwhile.

Good communication and order delivered quickly and friendly by the driver. However upon opening the box the item was damaged in the corner with some chipped paintwork. The box it came in was visibly damaged including the styrofoam within the box.
As it was cosmetic and not too large we are using the item we purchased

Taking too long for delivery.
On 2nd of Dec. I ordered a small item from Soundstore and now a week later I'm still awaiting delivery! This is way too long. If the courier service is to blame, then change your courier!
