The delivery details were precise and the actual delivery was on time. The product seems very well built and very competitively priced. I intend to use it on carpets for up to 20 minutes at a time.

Excellent customer service
The appliance arrived well packaged and on time .However the instruction manual was missing . So I was initially going to rate this as a four star.
I contacted Vytronix support on a Sunday ( out of hours ) to convey this information as well as querying the price.
That evening Emma contacted me from support and explained the situation regarding the price gap between this and a cheaper model and offered me a refund if I was not satisfied.
I did not take up this offer but requested that a paper copy of the instruction manual be posted to me. This has in fact been received today by first class mail.
So apart from an initial misunderstanding I have given the company a top rating due to the excellent customer service

Brilliant spot cleaner
I have just got around to using the Vytronix cleaner. I am absolutely delighted with the results, my old dog suffers from incontinence so this spot cleaner is a god send. Brilliant
