Easy process. Offered slightly more than other similar companies. Based offer price on photos- didn’t then haggle down further. The person who collected my car was helpful and knowledgeable. Money transferred in seconds on the day of collection.

I had a really positive experience selling my Audi A3 with this company. Honestly I was skeptical in the beginning but they turned out to be a great company to sell car to. They made a decent offer for the car. Their customer service was great (Tolu in particular). On the day of the collection a gent called Steve from a 3rd party company (Driiveme) came to check the car and collect it. He was a very pleasant guy. He did his appraisal, we went for a quick test drive and then he rang Big wants your car. No haggling and they agreed to pay the full amount agreed. The money was in my account within minutes. The whole process was so easy and we are very impressed. We will definitely used them again in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. I sold my car with Big because their offer was better than their competitors and the dealer I was purchasing my new car from. Mia Gadd the buyer assistant was very kind and helpful which made selling my car stress free. Collection of the car was straightforward with no issues. I would definitely sell to Big again in the future.

Really frustrating.. Agreed a really fair price for a great car... booked in for 4 days later for inspection and pick up. Turned away 5 other buyers who called during that time as was promised that if all is as described then I get the price you're selling at. Guy comes to inspect - all fine - All as described. Headlamps slightly steam up at edges (after 5 min test drive in the freezing cold) and underwriters say they want £500 off to pay for new headlights!! I advised them that all lights are the same so all would need replacing if that was the case - but they said they only wanted £500 off! (Clearly less about the lights and more about the £500) Told them no chance it was not an issue - No water ingress and already a great price. Lady put the phone down. Wasted an entire morning and several opportunities to sell the car elsewhere.. I feel like they know that however and thought I would swallow £500 hit due to effort already put in. Cheap Trick.

Was a bit sceptical having had a bad experience with a previous attempt to sell via motorway.
Price agreed,photos uploaded and they actually increased the offer.
Once the detail i had provided was confirmed by DRIVEME driver money hit my account and car driven away

After a terrible experience with Motorway, I decided to try Big Wants Your Car (primarily based on the reviews I’d seen online). They gave me a guaranteed price after I’d sent in photos of the car including small areas of damage (special mention to Mia who was very helpful throughout this process). Collection was arranged for 3 days after the price was agreed and the driver, Tony arrived promptly on the morning of collection, inspected the car and payment was made straight away before he left - the whole process was less than 45 minutes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a fast and stress free way to sell their car for a good price. Thank you!

Right from start to finish it was very easy. We had a guy come to collect our car called keisham who was brilliant lovely helpful and approachable. Can’t rate him enough tbh. After negotiating a price on the phone ,which was better than we buy any car by a lot . We arranged collection at a time that suited us. After keisham had gone round and checked over the car. He then came in and phoned the office to verify the car was all good. Then they txt me a code and the money was sent straight to our account within 5 minutes before he left. I would very highly recommend big wants your car gear and hassle free .

This is the second time I have used Big and I am very impressed with the service from the online valuation giving a very fair price, to then disclosing a dent and a fair deduction given. I was also very happy with the service provided by Leon who collected the car. Overall very happy and would recommend!

Previously tried to sell with Motorpoint because they were offering loads more than everyone else but they managed to find hidden intermittent engine faults that meant they rejected. So I tried BWYC and I wish I’d just used them straight away. Gave me the price I was hoping for over the phone. The process was smooth throughout. The driver came to collect 2 days later, he was a pleasure to deal with and after passing inspection the money was sent instantly and off he went. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very good service got a fair price for my car. The driver turned up at the agreed time check the vehicle took it for a test drive as agreed and within half an hour money was in my bank account. No issues no negotiations all went fine.

I was so happy with the experience from start to finish with Big Wants Your Car. I was particularly nervous as I’ve never sold a car before. Big offered me a provisional offer subject to photos and documents. I sent them over and the offer still stood. I accepted the offer and within 3 days they’d come to collect. They use a third party to collect the vehicle DriiveMe which did make me a little nervous at first but the driver I met Aftab was super friendly and walked me through every step. The customer service reps at Big - Lisa especially reassured me through the process so I felt confident handing my keys over. I was particularly nervous as I had finance which Big pay off but they pay within 48-72 hours so I felt I had to be confident that would all go through. There was no haggling on price, happy to answer all my questions and lovely people to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them again.

Fantastic experience, filled in online form, Taylor went through everything, sent an email, I was honest with a few marks on bumper, price agreed, collected within 2 days by a polite and helpful collection drive, instant payment, car taken away same day. No dramas, nothing difficult - very good price compared to other “buying” sites.
