Once everything was paid and all DMV and loan paperwork completed that's when all sorts of problems started. My car is literally 10 minutes away at lithia Hyundai for more then a week and I just get the run around no matter who I speak with. Everyone gives me promises I'll hey my vehicle but everyday nothing just more disappointment and starting to second guess coming to them in the first place. It's now December the 8th and I don't know when I get me vehicle.

Suggestions for improvement: different answers from different people, not everyone on the same page. Example: would we get temp tags? First person said yes, 2nd person said no since CA doesn't issue such temp tags. 3rd person was most correct by telling me that temp tags were coming from VA even though car was in CA (don't ask me how they pulled that off).
Another issue in communication snafu was incorrect estimate of car arriving in MN. Got told Friday it would arrive to MN dealership on Monday and we would probably have a Wed delivery. Instead we get told I think Tuesday or Wed that car hadn't arrived in MN yet as the driver got delayed.
Will call them on Monday as I erroneously overpaid by a couple hundred bucks when I wired the payment. My bad. But I haven't heard back as to when we'll get refunded. They have known about it.

I had an incredible experience with Driveway, and I have to give a special shout-out to Marco for making the entire process absolutely seamless. From start to finish, Marco went above and beyond in every way. He took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how small, and made sure I fully understood each step of the process.
His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help truly set him apart. It is rare to find someone who not only knows their job well but also cares about the customer experience as much as he does. Thanks to Marco, what could have been a stressful process became smooth, quick, and straightforward.
If you are considering Driveway, ask for Marco. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!
The only downside is their website is a little glitchy and doesn't have a filter for 7 seater vehicles. But other than that its been a great experience

The only reason this place has reviews is cuz of the dealership this place is a scam itself. They made me pay 130 for a car to sit in a parking lot for two weeks. They never gave me a temp tag for my car only online and in my state you have to have a temp tag on your car but ofc they don’t care cuz there not the ones getting pulled over. Crazy thing they told me most the time this process is 14-21 and they said it would be shorter for me since I live in the same state as the car. Well it’s been almost a month and half still don’t have the car they were supposed to switch stuff from my other one I bet they didn’t do that yet cuz when I asked about it the lady ignored me. I’m supposed to be getting the car soon but they still won’t give a temp tag for it to be on my vehicle as that is required by law in my state.
