Life changer
Wow, it’s not until bladder weakness affects you, do you fully appreciate these. Had a really strong bladder, then boom, menopause hit. I thought I was sailing through it ok, until my bladder took over my life. These have been a life changer, I’m now back in charge of my bladder. I won’t lie, there has been the odd occasion when I’ve literally had to run to the loo to avoid peeing myself. These have given me my life back and it’s great that they are on subscription

dosage of capsules
unfortunately I think that I had a reaction to the pumkin seed. I followed instructions & took 3 capsules in the begining, but a day later had a stomach ache
which increased when I took another dose the following day, The main points are a}, great. . . they worked almost straight away, had to get up once in a night. b) Problem was the pain increased, so I stopped taking them. Now I am going to try taking just 1 capsule a day , hopefully that will work, but probably will take longer. Fingers crossed !

Jude really works
I was sceptical about the claims made about this product but decided to give it a try as I was fed up going to the loo so often. It has been absolutely amazing the change in my bladder. I no longer need to visit the loo so often as my bladder holds more urine for longer. I can even sleep through the night now without having to get up to use the loo. Even if I do wake up I can usually get back to sleep without going for a wee. This has definitely worked for me.

Not sure if this really worked still…
Not sure if this really worked still going to toilet at night, but certainly not as much. Definitely works during the day bladder not so full. I took these capsules for 12 weeks but then stopped them. Not everyone is the same and I would recommend everyone to try Jude capsules.

I'm happy to try the product but thought that the inclusion of a water bottle (especially loudly claiming JUDE on the side!) was un-necessary and a bit thoughtless - would most people with this problem want to advertise it with a water bottle ??
