Paid full price but received a tester perfume bottle

I paid full price for the 2 perfumes via website online but I received tester perfume bottle.
2 perfume bottle were both not sealed. The box is open and volume was 3/4 full. Where is honesty and integrity?
I emailed customer service for return and full refund but no reply whatsoever.
They don't have phone number listed just an email address, wonder why?
I could just went to TJ or Ross to buy the perfumes with no issue.
Now, I have to wait for them to reply to my emai
Which from the reviews they takes forever to respond.

I recently purchased a Ralph Lauren…

I recently purchased a Ralph Lauren perfume from FragranceShop and was extremely disappointed. When the bottle arrived, the perfume had no smell at all. I’ve been wearing this fragrance for over 30 years and have bought it from other discount retailers without any issues — this is the first time I’ve ever received a defective product.

I reached out to FragranceShop to resolve the issue, and all they did was send me a return label that requires me to pay for the shipping and handling to send it back. On top of that, there is no customer service phone number to speak with anyone directly. I don’t believe I should have to pay to return a product that arrived defective.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with this experience and expected much better customer service. I won’t be shopping here again.

It has been 33 days since my order was 'dispatched'.

No one is replying to my emails. They have literally ghosted me.

Whatever deal you think you're getting with them, don't bother. Spend a little more and buy from a legit shop that cares about customers.

I will never use this shop again and will recommend everyone not to use them too.

33 days since my order was 'dispatched' and no one is replying to my emails

My order was apparently disptached on the 18th of October. The tracking number they gave me for the Royal Mail isn't recognised by the Royal Mail tracking system. I sent some emails every few days asking for an update and they replied that I had to wait 10 days before they could claim the item was lost in transit with the courier.

It has now been 33 days since my order was 'dispatched'. They have not replied to my last few emails at all. I have told them multiple times that I want to cancel the order, but there is absolutely zero communication from them.

Whatever deal you think you're getting with them, don't bother. Spend a little more and buy from a legit shop that cares about customers.

I will never use this shop again and will recommend everyone not to use them too.

Can I just say that I’ve been buying…

Can I just say that I’ve been buying from The Fragrance Shop for over 3 years on line and have never ever had any issues whatsoever in fact it’s one of the easiest shops to buy from and quality is always great . I use my 25% off all the time birthdays Christmas anytime . I would highly recommend shopping with the fragrance shop . !! I’m considering buying the advent calendar for my son and his girlfriend to share I get mine for £112 Bargain if they like the smells that is !! Has anyone ever bought one before?? FragranceShop are SCAMMERS...Please Report Them.

I placed an order for a single fragrance through this third-party marketplace seller on Walmart’s official website on September 26, 2025. A tracking number and estimated delivery date were provided, giving the impression that the order was being fulfilled. On October 2, 2025, I received an email from Fragranceshop claiming the item was “out of stock” and that a refund would be issued within three business days.

It has now been over a month and no refund has been issued, despite multiple follow-up calls to Walmart customer service. This is not an honest mistake. This is a deliberate pattern of fraudulent behaviour. This seller is knowingly deceiving customers by advertising products they do not have, creating fake tracking numbers to make the sale appear legitimate, and then withholding refunds. It is a calculated scam designed to take consumers’ money with no intention of delivering the product.

This company should not be trusted under any circumstances. Do not purchase anything from this seller. Report them immediately to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission, as their conduct is unethical, predatory, and intentionally misleading. They are exploiting Walmart’s platform to scam unsuspecting consumers.

Buyer beware. This seller engages in outright fraud.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered two bottles of the same perfume, which were supposed to arrive on September 11. However, the DHL tracking page showed they were “delivered” on September 9 — but I never received anything. I even checked with my building’s management office, and they confirmed no package was received.
I emailed the company, and they sent me a form to fill out, which I completed immediately, but since then, they’ve completely ignored me. I explained that I never got my package and asked them to either resend the order or refund my money, yet I’ve had no response at all. I’m extremely frustrated because one of the perfumes was meant to be a gift for my mom before her vacation, and now I’m left with nothing — no perfume and no refund.

I placed a large order of 8 fragrances on 10-6-2025. It’s still being processed. I’m concerned because I’m reading all these negative comments about this company. This is my first experience ordering from them and spending almost $200 on fragrances. I saw that I would get my items between 18th-21st and nothing. It’s still processing and if coming from New Jersey it shouldn’t take this long for shipment. There customer service number doesn’t work at all and I have emailed them and no response.

1st order was fine but now I'm doubtful.

I order 2 Armaf and 1 zimaya. They arrived on time. Original products in perfect condition.

However after reading so much complaints from others customers. I'm very doubtful about order more from them.

It's not worth taking chances just for a small difference in price.

been waiting for an order for well over…

been waiting for an order for well over a week, spend a load of money and have express delivery to be able to find nothing regarding shipment, if the order has actually went through and no emails with what is happening with the order. not one response from any emails which I think isnt the best for the amount of money that can be spent at these shops bit of a joke really

THIEVES AND FRAUDSTERS

Order was lost by courier. These people offered a refund or replacement and sent an insurance claim form which I filled out and sent back. Then they ghosted me. Stopped responding to emails and messages. So my only conclusion is they claimed the insurance and kept the money for themselves. So they are thieves in my book.

Clinique Elixir Body Smoother

I have bought Clinique Elixir Body Smoother for probably 20 years. The two tubes I recently purchased from Fragranceshops.com came in the original package and looked normal, but when I began to use it the lack for fragrance was very noticeable. Considering the substantiable cost of these items, I contacted the company several weeks ago and as yet, have not received a reply. I can only assume that the product they are supplying is very old stock. They have very poor P.R.
Update: Sep 27, 2025. After some research on line, it appears that Clinique has changed the formular for the Elixir Body Smoother and it the fragrance is now weaker. However, Fragranceshop did not answer my original concern sent via their website and it took this review to get a response.

In this case, we reviewed your order and found that the Clinique Elixir Body lotion was purchased on January 21, 2025, but you contacted us on June 17, 2025—nearly five months later. This is well beyond our return policy. Since this was a body lotion, it is possible that after several months of not being used, some of the fragrance may have naturally diminished, as lotions do not have as long a shelf life as perfumes.

Impossibe return policy when the product is a defect

this was my first time ordering from Fragranceshop.com after reading lot of their reviews which was very good. When I got my fragrance, however the scent of the fragrance was not of a eau de parfum, I have used this fragrance for a long time. When I contacted the customer service, they referred to return site, which basically is impossible to return for refund. I am very disappointed to say the least and I would never shop at this site again.

A masterclass in fraud


A masterclass in fraud, wrapped in cellophane and sprayed with deceit.
They claim to sell perfumes. What they actually dispatch are empty boxes—silent, scentless monuments to their contempt for customers. No apology, no update, no refund. Just the retail equivalent of ghosting.

A legitimate company would say, “We’re out of stock, we’ll be in touch.” These charlatans say nothing and send you a box of air, as if disappointment were the fragrance you ordered.

I’m still waiting for a refund. So is Mrs Davies. So are countless others, presumably clutching their cardboard relics and wondering how long it takes to process shame.

Avoid them like a knockoff cologne at a petrol station.
They’re not retailers. They’re packaging enthusiasts with a criminal streak.

Company is a scam

Company is a scam. Said they shipped my order and was delivered. Delivery never happened. PayPal denied clam only because company said it was delivered. No proof. Will not purchase anything online in the future. SCAM!

I was skeptical about ordering from…

I was skeptical about ordering from these guys because of the poor ratings here and on scamadvisor. But I gave it a go, for science. The shipping isn't express but it was a reasonable amount of time. About a week and a half to a US address. Seems like most complaints are from international orders. The fragrance is 100% authentic and at a bargain! Will use fragranceshop.com again.
