The package SUCKS! I've bought 2 bottles in the last week and lid easily unscrews and leaks all the product out I just bought another brand new bottle yesterday and its all gone again I won't buy any more $40 for 2 bottles that I've only had a total of 5 uses is way to expensive that needs to be fixed

I have no information on an order I was trying to place after multiple attempts. No one got back to me.
The shipping address I have on file is no longer being accepted as a viable address. I’m unclear on why this is happening. I still get my subscription orders at the same address.
