I have a great experience with AsGoodAsNew, I bought a Macbook Pro M4 Pro, i received under 1 week and it's brand new !

1st purchase on the platform, a smartphone for almost €1000. I chose Express delivery (1 to 3 days) for a birthday 5 days later, today 7 days later I still don't have my product after 3 delays from UPS. Impossible to reach the site's after-sales service and catastrophic responses from UPS who also can't reach their delivery person whom I'm waiting for the 3rd day.

À very good experience. The smartphone is like the description.

Very good prices, serious delivery, warranty. Good place to buy used-but verifed- devices.

Great product, and great deal, as I would like

I am very satisfied with my purchase. To be completely honest, I was a bit worried because the prices are much lower than those of the competition. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try and, despite the delay from the carrier and the fact that the package was left in my mailbox even though a signature was required, I did receive my new phone. It is exactly as I ordered: brand new and sealed in its box. In the future, I won’t hesitate to buy my next phone from this site!

Warning to customers outside of Germany! I bought a phone and I wasn't happy with the quality of the battery life. I exercised my right to return the phone, and the company only provided a return etiquette that only works from Germany. They have ignored my requests for a return label that works from where I live (France), or clear instructions for how to return the phone so that it will not be lost. If you think you won't return your item, this might be a good option but if you aren't sure and think you might return it, choose another company!

❌ Livraison express non respectée, service client inexistant

Commande passée le 30 avril avec option "livraison express 1 à 3 jours".
Résultat : l’étiquette n’a été créée que le 2 mai à midi, et UPS n’a reçu le colis qu’à 18h45. Livraison désormais prévue le 5 mai, soit 5 jours après l’achat, sans explication.
Aucun retour du service client malgré plusieurs messages via leur formulaire et Instagram. Inacceptable pour un service facturé comme "express".

Je déconseille vivement ce vendeur si vous avez besoin de rapidité ou de réactivité. Je vais ouvrir un litige via PayPal et déposer une plainte auprès du Centre Européen des Consommateurs.

❌ Express delivery not respected, no customer support

I placed an order on April 30 with a 1–3 day express delivery.
The shipping label was only created on May 2, and UPS picked it up at 6:45 pm. Delivery is now scheduled for May 5 — 5 days later, with no update and no explanation.
Customer service hasn’t replied to any of my messages (contact form + Instagram). Totally unacceptable for a paid express service.

Avoid this seller if you expect any speed or communication. I will open a PayPal dispute and contact the European Consumer Centre.

The phone arrived within two days of purchase. nicely packed. and arrived in perfect condition. Worked straight out the box. Myself personally, I think it was very good value for money. Would certainly recommend them. to friends and family.

This is clearly a scam and all review on trust pilot are fakes reviews... Phone number is fake un mail ether. it is important to block that scammer
