I have booked a Toyota Rav4 or similar but they gave me a Jeep Renegade wich is not the same type of car.
The Jeep cost at least 15.000,00 € less than the Rav 4.

Dishonest practices and refusal to release the car - avoid ClickRent Ibiza
We had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with ClickRent Ibiza.
At pickup, the staff refused to release the car because the driver on the booking did not have a credit card in her name - something never mentioned during the reservation process.
When we tried to resolve this by changing the booking into my name, the situation only got worse.
The staff:
Insisted we buy their extra insurance, otherwise no car would be released.
Rejected my American Express card outright.
Refused my CaixaBank credit card because it expired in less than six months.
We spent over 1.5 hours at the counter, missed our booking, and ended up paying €60 for a taxi to reach our accommodation.
It’s clear this company relies on hidden conditions and upselling pressure rather than transparency and service.
Many other reviews describe the same tactics, and our experience confirms this pattern.
Avoid ClickRent Ibiza - they make the process intentionally difficult to push unnecessary insurance and leave customers without support once you’re at the counter.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with ClickRent Spain was absolutely awful. I returned the car spotless, in perfect condition, and followed every single instruction they gave me — yet they refuse to return my deposit.
Their staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and every time I tried to contact customer service, I got nowhere. They keep giving me excuses and delays, even though there’s no damage or reason to hold my money. It feels like they’re just trying to keep deposits and hope customers give up.
Do yourself a favor and avoid ClickRent at all costs. There are plenty of honest rental companies in Spain — this one is not worth the stress, wasted time, or lost money. I wish I had read more reviews before booking.

They will find anything against giving you the refund.I strongly advise against using CLICKRENT. I used them in Alicante, customer support is so bad, they refused to return my money and were completely unwilling to help resolve the issue.
It’s clear they care more about keeping your payment than about treating customers fairly. I would never recommend this company — save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

I travelled with a baby and I were not satisfied with the baby chair I got. They only had two and both were old and in bad condition and dirty. If you travel with a baby chose another company. I complained and got back the whole amount witch were nice of them but also the only solution in my opinion.

I want to start by saying I haven't actually ever written a negative review but this company was truely disappointing for a number of reasons. If there was a zero stars I would put this. We were charged for damages €590 for a tiny scratch that was already on the car before we left the car rental car park. We even have photos to prove this. Staff driving the shuttle busses were rude arriving and rude when returning. Politely asked if the driver wouldn't mind putting my suitcase in the transfer van because I was holding my 2 toddlers hands in a busy place with cars and I didn't want to let them go... The driver refused, literally said no and just carried on standing there waiting for more people to add on, even though I was the last one to get on. We also filled the car up with fuel on returning the car costing us €60 to have just received a €40 bill from them for fuel!!! Really poor service, do not recommend and will never use them again. Also the car rental place is a transfer bus journey away from the airport, we had to queue to get on the shuttle and then when we arrived at the rental place we had to wait in a ridiculously long queue to actually get the car. I didn't actually mind this because it can't be helped with so many people but just another reason not to use them... it took a us about 3 hours to get to our hotel - not ideal with 2 small toddlers. We are still waiting on our €2000 euros deposit back even though the €590 has been paid for the tiny scratch we didn't do!!!!!

On the car pick-up, again great customer service and very smooth the delivery and the drop off. Was my first time renting here. Definitely 100% Recommended.Really 5 stars service.
