Customer support always fix problem right away, have had the lifetime plan for sometime now. Had lifetime plan from different provider before and that provider definition of lifetime was only 5 years

Fastest customer service
The app was not loading fully and when trying to connect it prompted me to "upgrade". I took this as needing to upgrade my account and started a chat session with support. Alden was courteous and very helpful and got me working again. I would highly recommend using FastVPN. Not only do I never have issues with my connection, but their service is great as well.

Better than all others tried (to date)
I have used just a couple of vpn, however despite NOT being the 'fastest' Fastestvpn, customer service, and reliability is better than the others I have sampled.
Help is via live chat, so while delayed...responses can be instant(ish).
The Pro is clearly the pick for connections and speed (resembling anywhere near) what my local isp provides
